Well it looks obvious that they ain't going to get any for 3.25.I would be surprised if they got some for 3.75 today.

p.s Does anybody what to buy a second-hand set of Ping golf clubs with seven iron snapped into two pieces.

From the look of things everyone missed a cheap buying oppotunity over the last few days.I must admit it looked like the mm's were trying to force the price down to get folk to sell.
I think we are heading for a good few possitive weeks here,time will tell!

Not done much research on SC... but if any of you know where he was CEO or director previously... that may give a hint as to what sort of business he went for and where his expertise lies.

Yes agreed, either way it has to be good for it to go ahead otherwise I am sure many would rather have what's left then lose it all!!

i dont think being cash generative is the big issue. The market should be convinced that the business has growth potential and so can attribute good valuation to the share. More often than not, it's the forward looking potential that gives rise to an increased share price.

That is re-assuring because if it is not cash generative what is the point.My losses would be reduced by 50% getting cash back of 6p

Had a chat with SC.

Deal will hopefully be finally signed off tomorrow. Detailed RNS will be devised, and issued Tues or Wednesday next week.

A comprehensive web presentation will be made available to show case the new business.

He couldn't tell me any more (for obvious reasons) but he's pretty excited about the business.

So nearly there.
