Haha BAM BAM - that is a classic!

The least of their worries is having to manage investor expectations of sales! ZEN making a sale of anything is the last thing anyone expects.

It basically translates to...

"this is the maximum time you have to sell your shares before suspension"

You don't tend to see genuine companies saying that kind of thing;
'this is how long we can stay solvent for provided we have no sales'

Talk about setting low expectations, no wonder its drifting back to its lows

Scaremongering again....in April the company will still have at least £4m or nearly 6p in cash....assuming no sales. There's a lot going on behind the scenes here....I suspect. Calm down everyone.

Read the RNS in Oct

With nearly GBP6m in current cash balances, plus the additional GBP500,000 expected from the above 11kv MFCL, the Group has sufficient working capital for at least 18 months (even assuming no sales revenues).

Its unfortunately all about cash burn. If I recall my prediction in September was 2-2.5 pence in 6 months. That is end of March / April 2012.

What the hell is SC doing to earn his pay packet?We seem to be in constant limbo with this company.If he doesn't pull his finger out this will end up drifting back to 5p again.I thought they would be queuing outside the door to get their hands on our,cheaper,less complicated,state of the art FCL's.Where are these bloody orders.

Pona

Thanks

I am also on TDW - On the Protrader platform, it says "closed", there are no MM's or Orders and you cannot trade them but I have just checked on webbroker and quotes are available!

Perhaps may be related to their new platform TD investing which was launched today.

Apologies for the false alarm

This company is NOT going to de-list. FCL sales are the priority and if this fails then it will be a VERY attractive £6m cash shell. There are hundreds of excellent businesses looking for cash, which brokers can't raise. Being clean and with £6m in the bank makes Zen pretty unique and well placed to find a good reversee company. However it won't come to that as sales of the FCL will come ...that will turn the tide on this one, so let's be patient. Have a good weekend.

" David Whelan joined the board of directors this year "

More importantly he is a Non-executive Director. He has no executive powers.

"They seem to be quite fond of de-listings"

How can one de-listing be deduced as him being "fond" of them ?

10% is hardly sizeable considering the percentage required to approve a delisting.

There is reason to believe the company will end up de-listing in 2012. David Whelan joined the board of directors this year and is CEO of the Cloverleaf group which has a sizable stake in Zenergy. They seem to be quite fond of de-listings

Cloverleaf was a major shareholder in AIM-listed Block Shield, where Mr Whelan was also on the Board. A couple of years ago it issued the following RNS;

Since inception the Directors of the company have sought to add shareholder value by developing its product and equipment manufacturing capabilities however there has been little uptake of our manufacturing and equipment solutions to date. As a result the Board has concluded it is no longer in the best interests to maintain a listing on AIM. The Company has received statements of intent to vote in favour of De-listing from the majority of its shareholders including Cloverleaf Holdings. David Whelan is a Director of both Block Shield and Cloverleaf Ventures.

There is barely a business here with question marks over the calibre of management and suitability of remaining listed. Why waste money on listing fees when funds are so tight? that question is likely to be on the management's lips in 2012
