The last rns states :
"We are delighted by the non-superconducting MFCL test results. While it's always possible that we could still encounter issues when scaling up or manufacturing the new MFCLs, these tests prove that the design and technology works and we are now in discussions with potential customers and manufacturing partners.

"The non-superconducting MFCLs are attractive because they use technology that electrical network operators are familiar with, are significantly less expensive to build, smaller and quicker to manufacture and should require much lower maintenance than the superconducting version

I am amazed we are still at this price considering how high these were before without this transformational news!!

Zenergy has delivered an FCL to the UK and has contracted to deliver another during 2012, as well as having longstanding plans to deliver a 138-kV FCL to AEP, a U.S. utility. And GridOn has contracted to deliver another saturated core FCL (this one not to be superconducting) to the UK's ETI in 2013.

Doing a bit of research found the following page:




You will note in the section mentioning Zenergy the following statement:

"Zenergy has delivered an FCL to the UK and has contracted to deliver another during 2012"

On Zenergy's website I note the sale to Applied Superconducter which was due for the second half of this year, does anyone know anything about the second FCL contracted for next year?

Joe, the other Directors are employed by funds (Etna and Cloverleaf) which own c.20% already. They are on the Board to look after their funds' interests and all other shareholders. They are not there for personal gain. However I take your point!
