Duncan dont panic this is probably just a few T traders selling as they have not made the quick bucks they hoped to and MM's probaly know they were due to be covered? so have marked down and we did see a couple big early sells of 100k
Short term speculators jumping ship and moving on?

It's sad that SC can't keep it much above our cash position.I think he's wearing too many hats at the moment. We need a hands on chairman/ceo/cfo that has a background knowledge of our products and who can also get involved in the sales side.

I know what you're saying Warwick but the LSE shows it as a buy and they are spot on with their buys/sells.They usually mark it up black if it's a,not sure?.
I think it might of been a buy although slightly delayed.
Regardless of that mate there is an incredible high volume of shares exchanging for such a small company so I don't think it will be too longer before the fog lifts. There is always a lot of smoke and mirrors with the stock market as I'm sure you are aware.

dunc looking at the timing of that 510k trade more likely it was a late sell trade as price was 11.25 bid at time trade should have been disclosed? probably why we eventually topped out through rest of the day as MM's markerd price up and sucked buyers in over 11.5p and higher?

There's only 69 million shares in total and with the volume picking up on a daily basis it will not be long before 30 million are traded within the month.

In the last 4 weeks 23 million shares have been traded in Zenergy.I know that AIM rules are a lot slacker when it comes down to disclosure of holdings but I feel we will hear about some shifts of power when it comes to some additional majority shareholders.Particularly with large share transfers that we hear about after hours like the 510,000 at 11p last night.IMO

essentially I think the other businesses are mothballed within the German subsidiary. Maybe they can be brought back to life once the administration process is over and the company has additional capital?....from FCL sales not a placing!

dc - thanks. I haven't seen much on the new FCL, and in any case am not qualified to judge the relative merits of the two approaches without a lot of research I don't feel like doing. I thought zen was a much more attractive company when it had several lines of business in or close to commercialisation. Still, at least now it's cheap!

I don't suppose you asked about the hydropower installation? Just curious, you understand.

There is some competition of course, but from what I can gather ZEN's FCL has good patents and is 'better' than others. Also Zen has good links with the US/UK/European end users, which is an advantage.

The US FCL was put into a 'test grid' for Socal Edison. The FCL passed all the tests (preventing a blackout or two) but the test grid was decommissioned after it finished all the tests. The FCL is therefore still in the US. Sales of the previous HTS FCL have, presumably not come through as the FCL was deemed too expensive and complicated. The new MFCL is half the price of the previous FCL, far simpler and compatible with the grid in the US. I suspect MFCL sales are being sought from the US...along with other areas around the world.

Super,
I spoke with someone at the company today as I wasnt altogether clear myself what orders had been made and still to be completed as regards the HTS FCL.

I was told that the FCL in America was pulled out of the system and Zenergy now have that FCL. It's not clear to me why is was pulled out of the system.

I stated 'to my knowledge' because I havent seen any of this in an RNS and was only told this today by a lady at the company.

Personally, it doesnt change the picture for me as the interest and focus is on the non-superconducting FCL which in my eyes is a much better product.

By all means contact the company and ask for yourself, don't take my word for it.

As you say SN, there is a long way to go here but I am happy to hold what I have.

Regards,
DC

With the price based at cash in the bank plus the sale of just one FCL I think we are on quite safe ground right now.

i feel nothing more than MM's changing price to reflect wider market turmoil, many other recent gainers have been marked well down as peeps take profits, or get scared holding IMHO. They are keeping spread wide so we are not able to pick up any real cheap stock.

Yes it was and by the looks of it was an uncrossing trade which means it was most probably transferred from one account to another. If anything it's a good sign as it might mean that someone is accumulating stock.
