warwick - Berlusconi in one word. The Italian government is in total disarray, with ridiculous u-turns in policy and short-termism abounding, Acta SpA have been screwed quite simply by the politician's ineptitude. But the BoD are smart, they have found new revenue streams in the past and IMO they will in the future. The shareprice as it stands is ludicrously low and I am adding when I can

The potential is staggering considering what they are trying to tackle. The patents they have valued at zero and what they have achieved makes the price from years ago very achievable!!

When you think of it the starting price for the IP value of the MFCL has to be 30 million.Together with cash in the bank of 6.5 million this would equate to 50p per share.This IMO would be the starting price prior to things getting interesting.
I am not saying we will get to that price in the next few days,(unless of course there is a takeover)but I have no doubt we will make it there in the next month or two.Good hunting guys

I have just taken this from iii but have a feeling that the figure is far higher as this is just one company in one particular area.

He was certainly involved previously with Zen and probably sold out like most of the other investors alot higher up.

So far the share price has not reflected what has happened and really why should it. I think there is alot going on behind the scenes and all I have in the back of my mind is when we talk about orders I don't think we will be looking at selling one unit. I think off the top of my head Edison have something like 235 substations. Say they placed an order - I can't imagine it would be just to protect one substation. If we get this right then I would imagine there will be multiples of units per order.

dunc yes so exciting i have managed to build nice position last week or so. tempted to sell other slow stocks and go all in here before news like some have said down side supported by cash if they throw in the towel, which is unlikely?

At the mere hint of a deal and you will not be able to get this under 25p IMHO.
Let us not forget that they will not be ordering these in one's or two's but in 10's,20's possibly even 100's.Huge worldwide demand for a solution to this problem which we have in our hands.

Sorry guys.Went out on the tiles last night and boy am I regretting it now.It's true what they say in that every year you get older the less you can take your drink.
Yes Joe,you have answered your own question.They have made a simpler,cheaper version which has been tried and tested.
It is a know fact that the grids need this product so in my opinion what are they going to go for?An FCL that works and as far as I know far cheaper than it's competitors or sustain blackout after blackout with a high possibility of getting sued by many different parties both commercial and domestic.
Ireminisces,I am not really hinting either way mate as I know nothing more than the facts.Those are that the new MFCL works and I also know this was the only product that a large number of compannies were ever interested in acquiring when the company was up for sale.The other products although good, were not on anyone's shopping list at this moment in time as no one had the resources to bring them to production,IMO.
All I've said is that I find it particularly interesting that he is now flying to both remaining branches since the news.I would of though that unless it was major important than a quick phone call could of done.I honestly believe we are a huge takeover target at the moment which is something I don't want it this ridiculously low price

May have answered my own question , is it because of the following this is next generation design different from the original Edison device in operation?

· Development of next generation FCL design that is not dependent on HTS magnets and thus capable of significantly reducing complexity and manufacturing costs.
