This is bizarre, an inept way to operate and seriously looks like he's struggling to raise funds. Get it over and done with in one go.

It seems like Andrea has been doing the rounds with his begging bowl out and some of that foot work, is paying off, with those asked for money in return for shares, ponying up.

AST has gone up over 100% in the last year, most of the rise in the last few weeks since the update. I have not really looked at it much, however, getting Henderson out of the picture through final conversion will be good. Might mean the share price comes back somewhat after such a rise in the last few weeks. May get taken out. I will have a look later.

So funds look to be a bit tight. IF the two wells being worked on come online and produce as expected, these small placings will be long forgotten, but if not management will come under pressure, IMO.

I am expecting 1000bopd by march, whether it is from incremental increases at Team A's pump and maintenance jobs or the sidetrack, workover and Esps.

Sure, you cannot deny the fact that m195, which was meant to showcase the plan, is way behind schedule and over budget, m45 took longer than thought and the pumps are late, however, we are where we are and we can either have an optimistic view of the likelihood of achieving the 1000bopd target or not and sell up.

Who knows why the Esp's are late, I suspect they ordered them late.

Fair enough, you should work as the ZENs pr or a politician. Twisting each point I made lol. All in good faith though so all good.The deadline is my deadline, it's been delay after delay here, they can't blame this delay on the late arrival of the ESP's imo.As I did earlier, why has it taken so long for them to be delivered? Or did they order them later than they organaly stated in their RNS? They stated 'mid-July'?!Anyways, they need to deliver. Just remember the sideline pump works are NOT to be included in this 1000bopd target!

We have eight months until march to hit the only real target I know of and that is 1000bopd.

We do not know the terms of the arrangements with the placee. If it is the same outfit, then net proceeds may be more than we expect.

They have not set a deadline for well results. If they are not ready to announce in two weeks, prior to the presentation, then expect no mention of it whatsoever.

Sea7 you stated that a few times many get that...but what you miss is I wonder what the net figure is after paying costs...would have been better to raise 400k.Basically two weeks till presentation day and two week deadline imo for them to release well results.It's 8 months into the year...little progress so far

I prefer tightly controlled raises, that have a specific reason.

They appear to be thinking that the near term production increases will cover a lot more, so they are carrying out small raises in the short term and not raising a lot more, diluting a lot more, when it may not be necessary.

Our goal is to be at 1000bopd by next march and if they raise large amounts of cash at discounts to the share price now, then we are likely to see the share price at or slightly below the same figure it is at now, in march of next year, even if we do hit 1000bopd and have a much larger cap.

If they keep raises small and specific, then we should all be seeing good profits on our investments sooner, rather than later.

Sea7 I understand the small raises are better for everyone...£200k really?!After costs to FIs, brokers etc...it is small money.Raise £1m, shut up bod and get on with these workovers and your jobs.Raising tiddly amounts for a spanner and a few bolts isn't worth shareholder interest.I.e good luck raising funds institutionally and public when the big drilling starts next year as trust for this board has been killed since issuance. CEO needs to deliver or...
