Cash...why don't they show 195 and 45s current bopd, without pump.Or do they turn off the taps in the meantime?

I am sure they will. It will no doubt show up in Q1 results, or as a general ops update.

It may well be right, but the company should inform us of what production levels are like.

according to the 3rd quarter results to end dec 2016 they stated 322 boepd across the group.

If we assume that is stable and then add the 14bopd from team A's pump replacements, 46 bopd from m45 and the 50bopd from m66, we get 432boepd. Not including m195 as we do not know.

Good news, a proper result soon hopefully.

They must inform the market of group production levels.

I really think, once investors see what the company produces and netback from Azeri oil sales, the investment case will look much clearer.

Zenith is also pleased to confirm that the new Schlumberger electrical submersible pump (ESP) has cleared customs and is currently being transported to well M-45. The Company will release an announcement when the installation is completed and flow rates have been determined following installation"



Looks like a pithy email I sent a couple days ago got through. They've answered crucial questions on ESP's and what the hell they are trying to do to make systematic progress in Azerbaijan. The only request not met was in relation to group production levels.

Finally news, and it is positive!15 to 50 boos on low budget it pretty gd!ESPs for 45 on its way, for 195 delivery in September!At least we now know.Should bottom from here now...

Yes that's a good increase in production from M66, but as always with Zenith there's more questions then answers.

When last reported the pumps for M-195 and M-45 were on their way after the design of both was established, now its September and awaiting customs clearance..

I agree its looking more positive, but its Zenith we're talking about here, lets see if the pumps turn up somewhere in the timeframe stated...

And surely even without the pump installed, oil should be flowing from M-195?..

Yes any increase in production is good, so 35 BOPD extra from M66 is positive.

Two (genuine) questions I have:

What did it cost to increase the BOPD at M66?
Is there an expected decline rate, and if so, what is it?

I really don't know, but it would be helpful to know the answer to those questions, especially the second one.
