Jeez - I am saying that the director buying should not be taken as a signal that there is any delay anywhere. Some people read into director purchases one way or the other. It is a simple and clear post about Andrea buying, information in the public domain and that a director cannot trade if they are in possession of material information that has not been generally disclosed, therefore, it should be assumed that things are still going according to plan as nothing has been communicated to the market since the last update, ergo nothing has changed and Andrea buying re-affirms that position.

There is no rumour.

Well we'll see in due course, but if you're right and we don't hear anything until August, this RN would appear timely to have some sort of newsflow and management showing "confidence", if you see what I mean?

Some people appear nervous, and need newsflow of some sort, that's my point really.

I would not think that it indicates a delay, in the sense that a timeframe has slipped, as no actual timeframe was given. I am not reading into his purchase as a smoke screen for some sort of issue at the site.

Whilst it is relatively simple to set up CTU ops and feed the tubing into the well, the actual work might take some time.

It is also worth considering that we may not hear anything until the ESP is installed and the flow rates are known. The ESP is due onsite in a week, at which point they may install it straight away, start it up and then report production to the market.

If this is the case, then we won't hear anything until next month on M195.

Regarding your first paragraph, that is why I expect a delay.

If they come out with news tomorrow his trade would look dubious, so therefore I expect a delay between now and when they announce the next news.

In order to not be in breach of the Canadian insider dealing rules, he must not be in possession of material facts or knowledge of a material change, which has not been generally disclosed.

As we know m195 has flowed at 149 barrels of fluid and m45 is at 46bopd, expected to go to 150 on pump, then all information that is considered material, by the looks of it, has been disclosed.

Even if the CTU team are still busy on the well, nothing has changed, since the last announcement and therefore, he is free to trade.

It should not be taken as a signal of a delay anywhere, just that nothing has changed since the last updates.

Oh, now as a whole that makes sense.I don't think a twitter update will suffice next. It must be a well 195 result or the plan for the next wells. Could be both.Don't forget the ESP design to do soon and the other team doing Pump instaling at various wells.All in all, things are back of track and at a good speed now.9p break at getting there..

Not sure what sort of a message that puts out, if he holds a significant stake already it's peanuts, in the grand scheme of things £17K is not a lot.

On the otherhand, investors always like to see management buying in the market, so in that respect it's positive.

I suspect it signals a delay to the next news personally.

Yh I thought 195 would come before 45.195 may be taking a while, or even they are putting the esp in now and then release more news. Doing it slowly but importantly properly as the CEO said recently!
