Sorry I've been too busy to make a full response.

What I meant to say is that GridON have been contacted by ZEN's lawyers who have Advised ZEN that they are in breach of ZEN's patents with GridON's current design.

I hope that clears things up.

Initially I was a little surprised and concerned when I learnt about GridON which I found out about after doing some reasearch a few months ago.

I am not concerned now though one bit, knowing what I know. On the contrary, I am even more excited so don't panic.

If Gridon are infringing the patents I can assure you SC will have written to Gridon...maybe the UK client's of Gridon have also been alerted to the infringement?

It's very hard to keep faith with this company but I have a feeling things are on the turn. I'm not expecting fireworks on the 10th Feb aside from a good, full update pointing us in the right direction.

The management have to start delivering or shut up shop....we should know exactly where we are heading during February. Until then we have to be patient...hard though it may be.

My personal feeling (and it's just a gut feeling) is that the company is in talks to be bought by another bigger outfit... with everything being finalised in February (hence results being brought forward by a month).

This GRIDON THING WORRIES ME MATE.Competition is never a good thing when they are selling exactly the same product,plus they seem to be far more on the ball to me.
SC has been saying the same thing for months now and still nothing to show for it and what's the betting he'll be saying the same thing in Feb.
I have yet to sell any bloody shares in this company but boy I wish I had at 10p instead of buying more.
The confidence I Once held for this outfit has decreased hugely and I am starting to doubt whether or not they will get one contract.

Anyone heard of a company from Israel called GridON.

This company as you will understand from the link is doing rather well at the moment. It is selling or attempting to sell an FCL product that is in breach of ZEN's patents with their current design.

Read this link below from their website - you will see there technology is patent pending.



I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the resent weakness in ZEN's share price, it may do. Very interesting all the same.

GridON's loss could be ZEN's gain.

Mud, my bank account feels half empty that's for sure.

They need to do something smartish or just become a cash shell...SC has really got to impress on Feb 10th or he should fire everyone and retain the cash. Possibly someone would then come along to buy the IP (giving some cash to the company on top of its £5m) and SC can use the cash for another deal...if he fails to announce anything decent on the 10th that's what I'd advocate.

It would have been great to have secured an order or two but it was never going to happen until we completed the scaling up. ZENS's problem is they are a small fish in a very large pond but they do have a valuable piece of IP. A JV would be an ideal solution with a recognised Utility company, that may well be in the pipeline.

Finacially, they are on a steady footing. They have approx £5.5m cash and cash burn of about £400k per month with no debts. MCap is approx £4m.

If they scale up successfully then I think they'll sign off on a JV and that will be the springboard to better times ahead. It will be very difficult to go it alone.

We have a few weeks to wait for a more full update. I'm looking forward to it.
