We are at the cross roads currently. Once orders come there is a raft of PI's, broking firms and small hedge funds looking to get involved here. They are being cautious and would rather buy once the risk has been taken out, even if it means coming in at a higher price.

From what I can see the Phillips have paid more than 10p for their shares , so if they are sellers than they are "forced" or possibly just other pi's ??

Sir,
I bought the share 'in the first place' (as with any share) to make a profit. Show me an investor who IS comfortable with his investment losing value rapidly, and we're looking at a fool.

There is obviously a big seller out there still and most probably Philips. The main problem we have here as far as I can see is that the cash burn is still 400k per month and this will continue to fall until we get an order or do a jv.

Can't believe the price of this. I got out three weeks ago at 9.5p, an absolute steal!

The way the AT bids are being hit suggests a HF trading bot... Let's hope it gets caught out one day. ;-)

There is a seller and possibly Phillips as last week you couldn't even buy more than 25k.

Jenny,

You need to ask yourself why you bought in the first place and has something happened to change your mind about that - otherthan the price going down that is?

If you arent comfortable when you see the price going down then I'm afraid you are in the wrong game.

Jenny T. There are hundreds of shares that have been torched recently, like Zen, on lack of news. Bad news means shares halve in short order...look at Blinx. Did a placing at 136p, then the next day after announcing the placing, its results were a little disappointing and the shares are now 78p...in the space of a week or so. Imagine how happy the institutions are who took shares at 136p!

We've got to trust the facts here and not lose faith. One FCL sale, one JV agreement, one distribution agreement and the shares are 20p and going north rapidly. Either one waits for the good news (which we hope will come) and buy in the 20's or we take a risk at these levels. However with the share price covered by cash I don't see the downside. SC may as well give us back the cash if he can't make the FCL business work and we'd still make a tidy return from these levels.

The clever investors were moving out last week - I'm sitting with too many to sell at such a low price compared to what I bought at - mind you, I was thinking much the same last Monday. Very disappointing and not a little worrying.

errollc,

Re: tax losses. Not sure its quite a simple as that - its something I know the company have been looking into. Fairly sure its the deferred tax asset which I stated in my early post but stand to be corrected.

My understanding is the total losses amount to £30m or so but that the Plc can utilise c. £12m as trading losses. These can be used by the company once it makes money or by a company that acquires Zen in its entirety. Slightly academic as the company is still trading below actual cash!

Not sure who's selling...maybe the Phillips have got bored!

I can only think the Phillips are the ones selling as you can still buy 250k @ 6.95 now.

Re: Tax
Its not clear yet how much of the 'unrecognised deferred tax asset' is available to the group since the German Subsidary was liquidated, prior to that it stood at €11,790,000, approx £9.8m. In any case, it can't be used until the company start to make a profit. Also, not sure what value (if any) this would add on T/O basis because of the complexities.

Feels like deja vu all over again doesnt.

Cash shouldnt be an issue for quite sometime and scaling up prototype shouldnt be either.

Few risks here still, but unbelievable potential and still far from realised.

I am buying too errollc.

Just bought a whole load at c.7p. Must be a distressed seller out there....have faith guys. This is now trading below cash and at a 75% discount to cash and usable tax losses. The FCL business is in for free.

We're going to get people with margin calls, people panicking, people worried about the economy. So you can't blame anyone for a tiddler like this being volatile. Trust your instinct and buy on bad days....like today!
