Hi tommmy,

Can you explain to me why an IPO document dated 2010 will have any sort of relevance?

The ZIOC shareprice was 'subsequently annihilated ' because the project economics ceased to make sense in a market downturn : they were wrong in their assessment of supply and demand, a variable.

My interest in the IPO document is to see what information it gives about the underlying structure of the deal and how the principal players stand to benefit (more than they already have), which is likely to be a constant.

Shorts stand a greater chance of being toast with their gambling CFD shorts. The wise bulls have their own cash invested that they can sit on for as long as they like. The crack head cfd shorters are under the cosh to get theirs games done and dusted ASAP or it's the park bench for them and they know it. Sleep tight bears you will need the rest and enjoy your remaining days with a roof over your head. Wink wink.

It's the bin bag company Zioc which paid for it. I doubt the idiots on here knew this, or understand the implication of such practices.

Can the gap close?

Oh yes it can.

If it can go up 500% surely it can collapse by -75%.

The impossible in the minds of the mugs is actually very possible.

How many here will get liquidated and be in debt if bad news come and opening auction at -60%. Leveraging on aim shares could mean bankruptcies.

Look what happened to GGP, when punters thinking it's a guaranteed sure thing.

I suspect with MMS cleancut on bad news many will be liquidated with -80% stampede.

so any random idiot who writes anything must be true ? There are 2m random avatars on advfn, their points should be taken in consideration too.

how does Chinese reform moving from a manufacturing oriented economy to domestic consumption propel BHP or Rio?

Clearly the random twitter does not know about the re-calibration of Chinese GDP industrial output components.

As matter of fact the GDP wastage is not taken in account when China calculates growth, but I guess that's way too complicated to explain to afn punters.

Zero production no money for JV, why are people buying this dog? Down 90% from its IPO price, at one point was down -96%

Look at the accounts you can work when money will be running out.

China industrial output is moving from manufacturing/construction to domestic consumption.

They are rebasing their economy towards domestic consumption to power their economy.

Copper & iron ore super cycle is over.

Low grade ore is now worthless. High grade ore is the only option particularly for China with new environmental regulations. Topaz you live to ignore this fact.
