So any thoughts on the BOD's lack of interviews or noise in the media?
Press visibility is zero since years back. One would have thought that they'd be waving the "for sale flags" on all available channels if they're trying to attract attention. Not a peep anywhere. Only bit of relevant press exposure that I can find is that short interview with Glasenberg about holding Zanaga as option value and avoiding greenfield projects.
Anyone?

This is now fully funded, protected and passed by law which all went ahead following ROC granting the Zanaga its Enviro Permit. Coincidence?March 2013, the RoC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Communications Construction Company ("CCCC"), and its subsidiary China Road and Bridge Corporation ("CRBC"), for the development of a new multi-user port facility 9km north of the existing port of Pointe-Noire at Pointe Indienne, including a deepwater bulk export facility for the iron ore industry. CRBC has conducted a significant amount of work on this major project, including a feasibility study on the port development. The Zanaga Project team continues to engage with CRBC with a view to ensuring technical compatibility with our operations as well as sustainable terms of usage.Advancing a port access agreement with the RoC is a key objective for the Project team and we will remain proactive in our engagement with CRBC

Apologies if this has already been posted, but Vox/NicolaDuke's comments towards the end of this recent report should be of interest:

Any feedback/comments appreciated, as have only started to research Zanaga.

tidy 2, the least you could do is to remove the blatantly false "news" that you've helped spread?

ZIOP one of the largest iron ore reserves in the worldToday, 2:06 PMChinalco prepares bidAfrica Mining's insight:Chinalco of China has asked ZIOP to let it take over the whole of the iron ore mine project, sources familiar with the matter say, as Beijing pursues a global strategy to secure key resources for its vast economy for decades to come and clean up on the pollution problems. The Chinese state-owned miner's written proposal for ZIOP, one of the world's largest untapped resources of high-grade iron ore used to make steel, is currently being considered by Glencore who manage the project and it's JV partner Zanaga Iron Ore. In the most important concession, the firm has suggested the code could be altered to let it acquire all of the resource without competing in a public tender, according to one of the sources, who declined to be named. A spokesman for Chinalco had no comment on any aspect of its negotiations with ZIOP, when asked about the project. More to follow....https://t.co/htuY7LKVUs

Topaz will be saying the same when we are in the pounds so of course take no notice of his posting to deter buyers. Very odd.

fox, you're just as stubborn as tidy 2p, you can't see a good thing when it stares you in the face, holding (especially having bought back those that you'd sold) is a recipe for disaster here IMO, take your money and run, nothing coming here, clear as day!

topaz I now own 270,000 shares that stand me at nothing. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Kind of suits you topaz. Get in kid before it's too late. You know it makes sense.

Ore spot price continues to climb. Likely due to the demand for high grade ore now that low grade ore is worthless $74.79 currently. http://markets.businessinsider.com/commodities/iron-ore-price/USD
