On the one hand the market hammers income stocks lke CWC with a full distribution policy as they don't trust the dividend cover, and at the other extreme whacks growth stocks like YULC who are retaining cash flow to pay down debt or make acquisitions. It seems that you are only trusted if you sell cornflakes or make gavascon

RBS is consistently pessimistic here but they have lost mandates as bank and broker in the last 18 months. Agree that the dividend is not generous but if debt goes the right way I am sure it will back to 6p in 2012 to match the 2008 payment

At today's close of 1.68 & forward eps of 19.32 gives you P/E 8.7. Not exactly very demanding!

Chart here looking lovely after Friday's close.

I reckon a bit of tweaking up of forecasts for the year ahead if that acquisition is earnings enhancing as they say, for the year ahead.

Is the fwd PE really 7 or less here? If so I think these might start to move up like they did in the past few years again imo.

Blue is my favourite (stock) colour and YULC will do no wrong if it is blue for a month.

Chart hotting up here.

35% off the high and looking very cheap imo.

I can live with blue here, even if I'm a Gooner! :-)
