The share is still on a low rating...buying on cheap fundamnetals with possibility of a bid must appear a low risk bet for some investors. The share price is only 8p above its february high.

interestingly the takeover code is to be amended later this year, and were we there nowthen we would know whether a bid (or prospective bid) was on the table or not

yes she's taking off ......nice .....i just ramped up my s/b to 300 pp .....no smoke without fire .....been expecting a takeover for the last 2 years myself ....its a ripe apple waiting to be picked, just like emerson picking up chloride last year

There must be more gossip. Must admit I half expected the price to drop back a bit yesterday but it showed excellent resilience. These rumours are normally one day wonders - so it looks quite hopeful.
