So how about a high growth, huge turnover, low market cap, no debt and stacks of cash.Yes bad debt maybe be an issue going forward but the same applies to everything.PE currently 8 and I expect his will fall to under 4 next year.

No it doesn’t. As your quote suggests, working capital is increasing, while the going concern statement indicates currently no requirement to raise cash for at least a year.

Meanwhile there are indeed limitations of EBITDA as a measure of profitability for the reasons described. It is however quite a good indicator of cash generation.
