25/10/2018 07:08 | I have heard some twaddle in my time. The old CFO was maybe not paying full attention, but it has been brought to light. CEO over 50%Cancord 10%No debtRevenues increasing.from £67m16m shares in issue£11.5m cash in the bankMcap £18mMany companies on AIM like this??? | glenbo1
25/10/2018 01:12 | Actually small free float is not a good thing contrary to what people thing, e.g liquidity. Tomboy has spelt it out and big shareholder is potentially selling | dark energy
25/10/2018 01:07 | If everything is going to be so rosy why everyone padding each other shoulders? I am currently in Singapore seeing you guys posting at 12.00 A.M does show there's a desperate attempt to plug holes in the sinking ship. LOL The main bear guy has put some valid questions marks. what if there are more bad news. You know the saying catching a falling knife. | dark energy
25/10/2018 00:01 | it has to bounce in the morning and big time 150p to 160p bought quiet few at 120p | leonidas
25/10/2018 00:00 | Yep - I've acquired a few here - I reckon a large shareholder offloading and may well be almost out - | tomboyb
24/10/2018 23:59 | how many share overall and how many in free float 6M | leonidas
24/10/2018 23:58 | It has to bounce in the morning the sell off does not make sense for 10M against 80M wiped off this is no mathematics......... | leonidas
24/10/2018 23:54 | Group cash balances at 30 June 2018 were GBP18.2 million. This supports our progressive dividend policy, and therefore we are pleased to be able to announce an enhanced interim dividend of 1.2p per share, an increase of 20 per cent compared to H1 2017 Well that is equivalent to the current MC !! I would think it prudent to actually cut the dividend this year but when you think about it it's only around £192K | knowing
24/10/2018 23:52 | £80m wiped off market cap for a £10m discrepancy. Overdone by any measure you care to apply. Business is getting better by the day. Cash pile from recent placing at £10 still intact. BK owning 57% and Canacord 10% leaves just one third of shares in issue in free float. Just over 5m. This will bounce back and bounce back hard to a more sensible level. Can see at least a bag here in very short order. | bernymadoff
24/10/2018 23:10 | 10m missing equals 100m wipe out should have said. Typo. | babbler
24/10/2018 23:10 | So £10m missing equals 10pm wipe out. OK... Market opened ridiculously low. Took advantage of low freefloat. Got some stops. Few trades here moves it both ways...As 1 3rd of freefloat changed hands today interest is there... Biggest loser in this was the main man who saw his 55 percent holding all but wiped out... | babbler
24/10/2018 23:05 | I'd say the firesale was overdone because of global market pressure, but also because everyone will know they will have to retract the dividend at some point. I'd like to see a close at say 1.6 tomorrow, then £1.8-£2 Friday. Which in the whole scheme of things isn't impossible. | madchatter2
24/10/2018 23:00 | I’m sorry for people who lost 80% today market decide tomorrow maybe other pi’s will buy cheaper | bellesimo1
24/10/2018 22:54 | Come on Guys. There is going to be an opportunity here but we will have to wait and see when. The news is out in the open and the share price has so far dropped over 80%, which does seem a bit overdone. Currently markets are going to open down. I would be happier buying in at 1.50 than 1.00 as it will show that the kitchen sink is factored in. | knowing
24/10/2018 22:47 | babbler so it's all good now then? all sorted. 100m disappeared in thin air, cfo made a " mistake". £10m missing and 100m wiped out. Good to see you are so forgiven considering you bought today. Do you think yesterday shareholders are as forgiving as you though? You did not lose 80% like them. So we have to trust the guy who does not even know what's happening in own house. LOLOL what a great CEO, earns a few hundreds K and does not know how to read his balance sheet. The blind leading the many blinds. | a_2_z
24/10/2018 22:47 | No you are correct. Then they sold and started deramping hoping to buy back. Don't worry the auto switch will be turned again tomorrow once they buy on open... And start ramping again. Rinse repeat. | babbler
24/10/2018 22:42 | B1I thought you predicted £1.50 by the close or was I mistaken | glenbo1
24/10/2018 22:32 | Tr1 would be handy | loser7
24/10/2018 22:24 | He missed it as he trusted his previous cfo. His previous cfo told him the numbers and there is generally no reason to disbelieve your cfo.New cfo comes in and finds the old cfo was wrong (to day the least). .. MD goes ballistic. Imo.Not his fault his previous cfo was mos reporting... | babbler
24/10/2018 22:21 | I doubt anything will open strong tomorrow morning the way the US was tanking at the close today. Will send shivers down the UK unless there is a miracle in Asia tonight | dave4545
24/10/2018 22:17 | So you are saying he's a genius for missing £10m from the accounts. when does he become an idiot? when the share price is down -99%? Considering the share price is down -80% just saying we will have a strong opening, does not mean it will happen. Most probably tonight people would have latched on, this was no error. They had to come out. | sleazy n eazy
24/10/2018 22:14 | We will have a strong opening in morning imo | loser7
24/10/2018 22:12 | Mr kalar is no idiot to let £100m wiped of his company I strongly believe he will get to the bottom of this in the near future. Unless he deliberately know a reason to pull the string on his own company which I doubt very much. It would be nice to see him buying at these levels to show confidence | loser7
24/10/2018 22:07 | It's not that they didn't see it was missing... I suspect they have known all year that they've had an increasing receivables balance (which goes hand in hand with reviewing bad debt provisions). It's only now they've acknowledged they need to do an adjustment because it's grown too large to hide anywhere (with other adjustments rather than anything really dodgy I mean). | madchatter2 |
