They have also amended their stance around potential additional capital requirements:

‘Financing flexibility: Clearance of the TMO debt has strengthened the balance sheet and provided management with the capacity to establish more normal banking facilities and/or seek asset finance. While this may not obviate the need for more capital, it does provide greater flexibility regarding its timing.’

New Hardman research note out this morning titled ‘Yourgene EBITDA Positive in Fiscal 2020E’, which is a strong statement and an improvement on what they published at the start of this week.

Manchester, UK - 18 February 2019: Yourgene Health (AIM: YGEN), the international molecular diagnostics group which commercialises genetic products and services, announces that, following the announcement made by the Company earlier today, it has now made application to the London Stock Exchange to admit the 41,356,165 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to occur on or around 22 February 2019. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Means his % has fallen from 10.18 to 9.26.

Yes, I'm not going to repaste what HSR say here, but the message is essentially that this is an incedible deal for YGEN.
