Results out followed by TW buy and higher price target and price heads lower!!As i mentioned. Never fails to occur. With no contract news being issued whatsoever we have USA news to expect in months ahead but not sure what else of material note until roll out of platform on illumina. So, expect to see more non material filler news until late q1 2020 if we hit target period.

TW write up concludes.....We previously noted, with full contribution and cost benefits from the Elucigene acquisition, there are hopes for £10 million+ of second half revenue and breakeven being delivered and we've noted broker forecast of a profit heading towards £2 million next year on revenue above £21 million though that the company's trading momentum sees us consider that could well prove conservative. We've also previously noted a hybrid DCF analysis and peer-based EV/sales multiple valuation of 20p per share. The operational progress sees us continue to target 17p+ to sell for the shorter-term purposes of this website and, at around 13p, buy.

the last acquisition was very good news for shareholders with a medium term outlook and the raise more than 2x oversubscribed by institutions... if they buy someone it would be earnings enhancing so they say...so can't really see anything but good news on the acquisition front if indeed anything comes at all...

Could something be brewing in the Boardroom? When we're beginning to show good growth and info is in short supply, perhaps board are busy in the M&A room. Warning, not always good news for PI's.

yes Twix, totally agree with news as my previous post mentions. They are missing a trick there imo.It is us small investors that will increase/decrease the share price on a daily/weekly basis, and we live on rns's, so come on Lyn pull yer finger out You know what's going on, but we need to know too.
Not every finite detail, just like to know we are winning business, and you're all still alive!!

also quite happily surprised the figure of $250k in USA considering it's only just up and running.

Absolutely hjb1Brrrrr!An improvement on SL too for that matter.SL on the science is great as not cut out as CEO imhoLR doing great. Only issue (for me) is a permanent blanket ban on any contract news - Labs, customers, distributors. We might close a contract this week and the most we'd know is iro 6 months time some revenue would show in Results and it would be one of a total number where only the total in the period would be made public. as these and many Aim stocks are very much sentiment driven, then I am sure they could do more on the rns front, it's what keeps us all going.I don't need to know the
intricacies of the deal all the time, just the fact we are indeed winning business will help sentiment no end. Well it will for me at least.
Having said that, we are indeed in a very good place going forward and expect to see a firm upward trajectory from here on in. Cash positive soon too eh, can't be bad!

Rest of presentation - pleased to hear. No funding planned is reassuring. Not convinced new illumina platform won't delay until q2. Fingers crossed with submission, as if on time not submitted to Jan 2020 and then process and timing out of our controlThat was 10 new customers and 5 distributors we never heard a Scoobie about!!Typo once as 28 months meant 18

All sounded good to me.On no contracts. It's feasible not to announce for reasons given if it weren't such a blanket ban for so long, which I don't agree with because it sounds sensible until you realise it's been for too long and you don't have to give away such info. They didn't before. Once we announce a contract it's a bit late many times for competitors to compete. We already have the contract completed so whilst there's some merit it also can be disingenuous or basically an excuse. We are a 30 product family doesn't impact the majority of the time pre Elucigene when we also were not announcing. There's usually a metric than can be announced - name, addressable market size, expected no of tests etc. Where there is a will to announce there is a way and and way to make it clear as to the brosd size of the contract. Point is there is no will to announce. That's why last 18 months have been silent until Results. So, I am not saying the rationale is without merit. Clearly each element for not announcing is valid. However 28 months of nothing at all is not serving shareholders best interest in improving shareholder value. We appointed 5 new distributors and know bu55er all more. Going forward for next 6 months we will remain in the dark until Results issued so we can see the bottom line and hear another number of new distributors . This reporting methodology is substandard and not doing shareholder value as much good as it should. Aimho

Never expected every win. Never expected no wins for 18 months either. Now I'll have a listen and see what's said. I know already it will not pacify me because it's the fact they do not announce anything at all for such a long period when they are winning contracts that's my point. It it really so hard to understand this point! I suspect whatever was said will not explain why they have rns'd nothing at all

Further news expected wrt US expansion in the near term.

From results:

During the period we secured our first US revenues and have established a direct sales presence in the US through the establishment of Yourgene Health Inc. The commercial team have attended several key US industry events including our first Expo in the US to raise brand awareness and creating business development opportunities. We are leveraging the experience of the expanded Board to create a substantial medium-term presence in a market that is now opening up to us, and we expect to update shareholders on further progress in this key market in the coming months.

No fund raise needed unless they find someone to buy - they are almost at the stage of generating cash...

Their lab space they purchased as part of the elucigene transaction is enough even if number of tests requested more than doubled in a short space of time as the machines are such high throughput.

Did anyone ask if a fundraising was plsnned or no longer thought necessary to see us through to profitability unless for aquisition of course?

I don't expect any significant rerating here until the next set of results when market see they are doing as stated i.e. hit 17 mil revenue forecast. At that point they should also be able to make some projections ref expected illumina test revenue targets. But I really have no idea but suspect a 6 months wait for a proper re-rate if indeed one is due...wtfdik : )

Also worth noting they are doing deals where they may have announced them before but don't now as its business as normal. They recently won their first NHS contract for the oncology screening test with Manchester NHS (I assume manchester as mentioned basically in building close by). Thats good news as once you are in the NHS although it takes time the rest of the areas (NHS breaks down into something like 16 areas) should also become customers.

Delay to new platform rollout looked likely when March or April was mentioned in trading update I think it was. Now month delay confirmed but still hope for q1. I'd expect q2 to be safe and as it always takes longer than expected.

yes you could ask whatever you wanted - plenty of questions from the floor. audio was recorded (although not the qu's I don't think) and will be going on the website.

New NED's are there to add industry experience to the board but also to help with M&A incase their expertise are required.

They are very excited about the illumina test as they can then start advertising in UK and europe etc as hands are tied. Ref timing they were delayed by a couple of months at one point while making sure their accreditation would be brexit proof and still think by end q1 next year they'll be selling is my understanding.

My overall take away is this is a professionally run business, with big ambitions. they don't really know how big it could get because all the markets are so new. i.e. 5 yrs ago they were selling 0 tests, now selling 100,000 etc...so imo only worth holding some shares here.
