This news strikes me as likely good news for our future but another reason for shirt term weakness, especially if Thermo exercise their share lock-in deed.It could be that now its announced and the share price having been falling we will see a bounce and subject to Thermo further dilution. It's difficult to judge, but I expect without this news in the wings we'd be nearer 15p today than 10p

yes Twix, seems like this was the drag on the share price Not sure what to make of it, apart from the obvious heavy dilution which won't go down well.
Seems like a good fit though I must say. Interesting to see what the markets think to it, also don't like after hours Rns's.

A bit of light reading getting a value on YGEN using the Discounted Cash Flow method,there are other methods obviously and personally i think their valuation is a bit on the cautious side,but that's just my opinion,another rider is they obviously don't take into account any news on new products that are expected at some point.

Couldn't agree more......"....promising for a re-rate for some time now here and would agree the Company needs to finally deliver this within the next month."Promise like anti-climax has never been in short supply!btw, we are now set fair and looking rather good at last, but still plenty of expectation and delivery is over- promised in timeframes that extend and extend.
