Spot up to $65.50 now. SPUT moving up faster than the miners. YCA has some catching up to do tomorrow. I make NAV now 543p and the close at a 5.6% discount, although the discount was probably narrower when it actually closed. It's very unusual for spot to make so many upward moves in one day.

Pushed rapidly through the £5 mark on opening this morning as the Uranium price continues to strengthen.

SPUT raised $16m today. Cash now over $25m. I think that should be enough to fill their coffers, so that any more cash raised will now go towards buying more Uranium.

According to Numerco spot now 63.50/lb. BPI reporting 64, a 12 year high.

Things are hotting up.

I thought $60 would offer more resistance. Seems like a knife through butter. I wouldn’t be surprised to see £6 and £7 here quite quickly

I think that's an all time high close. Spot up to $62.50/lb. SPUT trading above NAV so the ATM has turned back on again to allow then to first refill their coffers, then restart buying U3O8. North American miners on fire.🔥Ԃ93;🔥

Orano stops processing Uranium ore in Niger. Niger provides about a quarter of Europe's Uranium. Numerco already reporting a tick up in spot.

I know the share price has slipped a bit, but so has the £, so now we're a £1bn NAV company (£940m mkt cap).

Spot $61.25/lb. We're now within a whisker of being a £1bn NAV company. I make NAV £994.5m. A small tick up in spot tomorrow, or another small fall in Sterling, and we're there.

Closing in on NAV @ 492p. But that might move during the day as Numerco catches up with the market. But, on the other hand, there may not be much activity in the spot market because it's Labour Day holiday in the US and the Canooks are off too.

Cameco $CCJ $CCO downgrades 2023 production forecast by 2.7m lbs. Cigar Lake down to 16.3m lbs from 18m lbs prior. McArthur River/Key Lake 14m lbs from 15m lbs prior. Equipment reliability, supply of materials & reagents and availability of skills cited as major issues.



I guess this impacts Orano too, part owner of the CCO assets and also facing its own difficulties in Niger.
