Concern IMO here is the USD weakening, for me this was always a shorter term USD play with a long term (intact) structural growth story on uranium

That was my thinking too. IMO just caught up in the general market sell off. If the NAV continues to widen, I will take more. USD likely to remain strong while markets continue to price in sustained rate hikes. Good for this one of course, assuming that theory continues to play out. Nice hedge for my PM plays too.

You should be relatively ssfe. Very lsrge discount to NAV and no sign of a dip in U3O8 price wven though SPUT not buying.

Got that retest I was looking for :) Gut feeling is that it will not hold, so sitting on my hands for now. If we see 375/380p, all things being equal, I think I will find it impossible to resist.

Spot up again, and GBP has fallen. So, NAV up again, I make it 448. 12.4% discount.

Not sure if SPUT bought any today, and not staying up long enough to find out. But SPUT discount will also be large, probably not as large as YCA.

7kiwi: Is the NAV still more or less 446p? I am getting tempted to add a few more, but just have a feeling that we are going to go a bit lower first. Maybe a retest of the 200 even.

As usual, too impatient to wait for the 390 I said I would, but hoping those I took at just over 400 will get back to 425 ish fairly soon. Ideally for a quick trade, but happy to hold for longer if needed. Could easily go lower if the markets continue to move to the downside of course, so ready to add a few more if 350/360 odd gets revisited. GLA.

GBP has fallen, and U3O8 price has ticked up recently so pro-forma NAV has crept up to 446p. So, the discount has widened here almost by stealth to over 7%.

SPUT raised $687K yesterday even though it only traded above NAV for a short period. It bought another 100K lbs and is now sitting on $37m cash for further stacking.

SPUT issued ~387K new units, raising ~$5m. Bought 100K lbs of #U3O8 #uranium, still sitting on $42m cash for more stacking. Not bad when the general markets were down.

Meanwhile, spot price up to $51.75/lb mid-price from Numerco.

Ought to be good news for YCA tomorrow unless overall market jitters take it down.

YCA closed above the recent issue price today.

Spot flat at $51/lb. SPUT closed off 1c, but was trading above NAV for most of the day and issued 427K units, raising $5.5m. Bought 100K lbs, and still sits on over $42m cash.

Looks like SPUT is active again today. Spot up about 50c to $51/lb and SPUT trading above NAV for most of the day. They must have raised decent money so far today, let's see what the last hour brings.
