Ignore my spelling on the later half of the below message, i stopped being able to see what I had typed!Any thoughts on my comments welcomed. |
I sold half my holding today on that news. I thought Colin was happy and focussed on Zambia. There are 6 top notch licenses with all the spending commitments they entail, licence upkeep, plus drilling costs etc . Plus Silverking spending (exploration commitments/drill costs). Plus Kakuyu and chilibwe projects. Plus recent material/tailings purchase. Plus small bushranger costs. It seems like we are spreading ourselves too thinly. Any issues with manica payments (where concessions have already had to be made), then how are all of these commitments going to be met? Also this Morocco prospect seems extremely early stage. This announcement and last re tailings/material purchased were very light on information to help us private investors see the benefit. Colin has so many companies and projects, why spread yourself even more thinly. The Morocco rns states totoal amount to be potentially commited by extract is circa $2.7m. That's a lot of money! Just my thoughts. Injust feel that he needs to get the current stuff showing resilts before more diversification. |
For Fez sake ! Another shiny thing to distract shareholders with |
Slowly pi££ing it away? Keeps the wages coming whilst they do it? |
Think I would have preferred the $12m from Manica sale to be given to SH's instead of the board pi££ing it away. They have shown over a long period of time that they are incapable of generating shareholder value. |
Seems to be a lot more trade activity today? |
Can't believe that is all the news for Xtract |
CB is a crook. |
Great news.
UFO Alien Metals next for major news to send it flying in the coming weeks. |
At least the copper price seems to be heading in the right direction |
Seems a little bit more activity today. Hopefully some kind of update soonish |
If you made it through into 2025 Colin, why not let us know what's happening with XTR Your vastly inflated and totally unjustified salary is at odds to the success of this slug of a company |
Yes many clueless fools ramping this to high heaven over the years and trying to ban anyone who dared to disagree with their crazy thoughts. |
That tick up didn't last long, bobaxe1. Any idea why? 🤣 |
Little up tick Any ideas peops |
Insightful chris cat. Meeow. |
Anyone got any idea on the next steps here and potential announcements? I have fallen into the trap of being ground down by the pi££ poor performance and lost a bit of interest. I honestly think, this is what some Chief Execs of these kinds of companies hope for so they can keep milking it with zero accountability. |
Summary -
Merry Christmas |
I too want to join this crusade. CB has taken the p--- once too often with the Manica transaction bonus. Reward for basic failure.
I have ca.1M shares to vote for his dismissal but what happens now ? |
how do I go about joining and getting on the list if we do call an EGM ? |
Excuse the sapm but we are trying to call an EGM over @XTR on the LSE BB - Any holders of XTR maybe interested to jump in:
Shareholders have the ability to demand a general meeting. Section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 requires the directors to call a general meeting once the company has received requests from members representing 5% of the paid up share capital those entitled to vote at general meetings of the company.
Under S304, the directors must call a general meeting within 21 days of receiving such a valid request and provide for the general meeting to be held on a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice of the meeting.
If the directors do not call a meeting as required to do so, under S304, the members who requested the meeting, or any of them representing more than one half of the total voting rights of all of them, may themselves call a general meeting. |
