Board Changes
XP Power announces that Peter Bucher, non-executive director, has tended his resignation and will retire from the Board on 31 December 2018.
James Peters, Chairman, said "I would like to thank Peter for his contribution to the development of the Group since joining the Board in 2014 and wish him a happy retirement."
A search for a replacement non-executive director will take place during 2018.
