They held that 30m for last 3 months. If they wanted out could have sold for 6p+ just as they did disposing off 50m+.So imo holding the 30m long term

Woodford have not sold. Just like the earlier tr1 regarding Jupiter, due to the placing they have been diluted hence the drop below 5%.And this has to be reported to market.Woodford held over 80m shares here and sold down in the summer due to their well known problems to current holding of just over 30m shares.

Well, they do not appear to have gone below 4% at the very least. They are supposed to report a whole percentage change if it occurs, so hold between 4% and 5% currently. Seems logical to conclude they haven't sold any. Just the dilution effect.

The MMs are wary, and are surely dropping the price to catch stop losses and nervous holders. Very small free float, so will try to get more to sell. NO real justification for the large drop. The volatility will increase as the LTH bank gets larger.

Beware of those always topping up or claiming 2p today and 5p by Christmas. This is how these people make their living.
