Thanks CJ
That's very very worrying indeed.
I'll be selling all my XSG shares first thing tomorrow morning
and then buying GKP at 145p, in anticipation of your £50 quid plus takeover if GKP have effected a leveraged recapitalisation by proxy.
What could possibly go wrong

Correct MollyThe only reason they even started the filtration design was because the machines they had in the lab at Rotherham , were blocking the drains with the amount of plastic they were discharging.LOLthe companys board are an utter disgrace. They are still burning cash like crazy, are already aembwr of the AIM-99% club and will go into administration worthless

Good to see Richard Griffiths adding to his holding. 8.17% now. A vote of confidence.

You are confusing the two technologies. 1. Near waterless washing and treatment and 2. Micro fibre / plastic filtration

As green as this technology is, whatever application they go into - microplastics will plague the technology.

Leather? Microplastics. Washing? Microplastic. Don't believe me? - analyse the effluent from one of their machines in the field.

Don't know how this technology can continue without being honest about the additional plastic they release into the environment. And if they're so confident it doesn't release extra plastic - to get that independently verified

This will do well. I believe it will ten bag from here. All technology that will help save the planet is doing well. This company is on a mission to save the oceans. It must succeed.

We're just back to where we were a couple of weeks ago. The share split might be at root.

Basically, and forward looking, what is supporting this market cap?

The technology seems great and a very worthwhile green angle. However, could someone explain the commercial strategy here? I appreciate it's licensing but wondered if someone had (estimated or actual) figures on agreements or even who they are targeting agreements with?

The company's tech clearly works and is going to see high demand in the marketplace due to its financial and environmental benefits.A market cap of £40M doesn't seem excessive in this regard, as it appears to be at an inflection point for revenues. The questions for shareholders are (a) how are they still spending £6M p.a. central costs when they are now a licensing-only company, with only 45 employees (which itself seems high - are they R&D staff?), and (b) what actual revenues and margins do they predict, in order to reach break-even on the £6M costs?Assuming a high 80% gross margin due to minimal cost of sales, they will still need to make £8M revenues to break even. Does anyone have any idea what their licensing income will be from commercial and domestic streams? Why haven't they got interest in Western countries yet?
