How you going to short exactly? Most brokers only loan shares in the 100.

adorting - Would not argue with 6p - but with growing market panic could (imo) be forced down - Market knows they mush have funds and will extract as much blood as possible.

Depends on whether they announce more licensing contracts to keep the price buoyant but XSG need to do it in good time so they don’t get caught out by a challenging market for a fundraise and they put an end to speculation from both existing and potentially new investors. IMO I expect about 6p.

Curious as to the unit price for the funding. 8 months cash left at burn rate.

some $664 per machine contract - plus unknown royalties and unknown (to me) lease terms and residual value of machines - Not (imo) very impressive return on sunk funds - With probably no more funds from Woody and potentially needing more funding in the med term future any guesses as to level of next fundraising?

a month later....

curious is this the good news you were alluding too? monitising old agreements that were written down and continuing process of moving to licensing should be a good thing as long as the license revenue keeps up...

To be fair there really isn't much further to fall, it may get to 1p, but does it really matter if it's going to be a £1 to £3 share in 2 years time (5p isn't going to make much difference). I will be adding more.

What we predict share price to be once Woodford has finished selling? Love the technology but long way down to go from here unless some major news comes in?

Liveit2 - Then why have there not been far more sales - Message received is that "we have lots of trialists but very little conversion to long term contracts" Smells a bit like RM2 (imo)

This is a great company with fantastic product - my only concern is the business model and scalability. They cannot scale up without going back to the market for help. They need to re-evaluate their business model whilst the whole world is crying out for help
