Not specific to XSG but similar listed companies in general.

I see a regular pattern that directors never seem to own or buy many shares in the companies they run and are usually confident and optimistic etc.

On their salaries is it safe to assume they have seemingly found better investments for themselves elsewhere?

How many months of cash left?

Surprises me still this technology has not been widely picked up.

insider - At a wild guess between 5p & 7p UNLESS some real evidence of topline growth and reduction in management expenses - Brokers will have a major problem (imo) in getting any fundraisng away above these figures without significant real progress - if only hot air expectations then possibly even lower (imo)

Still significant execution risks (imo) - Not sufficient details (imo) in accounts to calculate forward revenue probabilities.

Since JW profiled this Company and researched the strategy and cash position there are no surprises in the accounts for a technology “development to early commercialisation221; product strategy. Pleased to see there are enough cash reserves to take XSG through to 2020 but they will likely raise funds before year end when more Contracts and revenue visibility are known (as is the main objective for Companies listing on AIM).

I suspect a good day for wise investors who know the power of being patient with good technology and well patented Product IP AIM investments. I will be adding.

This one and itx are in a similar position deals being signed but not much money being generated for next 18/ 24 months. Will need to raise funds about end of year but hopefully should be self sufficient in 2021.

But they are funded without new funding until jan 2020....so any raise is without pressure - revenues are there but maybe not yet enough to reach some sort of self sufficiency. new revenues unlikely before 2021.

doesn't look a problem so far.

As long as the equity raise is above 10p it makes sense while the revenue is cranked up and costs are cut

Tomorrow What will it bring?? To paraphrase WS
either "Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow -The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief company, products like a bad play, it is thus an illusion"

or will the accounts and forward projections look like a successful Heavy Lift mission paving the way for the share price to go into orbit

or neither just a muddle through
