Pensioner2- have a listen. AS specifically mentions some new discoveries eg Xcite Energy and the Bentley Field, and Hurricane Energy
I found it very odd that Salmond didn't bring them up in the debates. I listened out for that.

Presumably the Scottish Assembly has the equivalent of Parliamentary Privilege? If so, AS can say what he likes and not much anyone can do about it.

Yes but there's a difference between talking about a field and shareholders. It's a mixed message and Hyvast knows that.

Excite and Bentley Field was came up in FMQ today in the Scottish Parliament and was cited BY the FM as being a prime example of the way forward for future North Sea development together with its planned long term production
