02/5/2015 10:36 | As I have said here previously, I remain a great fan of the business the company is in, even though I am out of it at the moment (purely on valuation grounds). On the plus side, I certainly like the fact that senior managers of the company have been buying shares out of their own pockets over the last 12 months or so. That is a vote of confidence in the business. On the negative side, I am getting a little anxious on the corporate governance front. It also remains to be seen whether the new CEO is the right man for the business or not. Hopefully, such conflicting signals will somehow sort themselves out in the near future. If so and if XAAR trades at more reasonable levels I would be (other things being equal) very happy to jump back in. Good weekend all. | tongosti | |
