18/2/2011 23:18 | masco3, Metallum basically need cash to drill their first tenement. The original sums put up by investors are all but used up. So unless they back into a cash shell or get help from UXA Resources they may need help from other quarters. Metallum do have an interest in Europe for developing the Geoscience Wireline Company technology owned by UXA Resources in Australia and Texas, USA. Not lost yet but may need a Space Ship if nothing else works and explore on the Moon with MD, Per Wimmer to the fore. | noirua

15/11/2010 23:03 | There ia a posibility that Uranium Exploration Australia Ltd ( to become UXA Resources ASX:UXA) may consider buying Metallum Resources before they receive a market quote on Plus Markets. | noirua
15/11/2010 16:04 | A bit disappointing the way things are going and Director Per Wimmer failed to make the AGM. A difficulty may be pricing the stock with little cash in the bank and a lot of licenses available to explore. No results available and that would help a lot if there was. Green seed capatalists may well have to forgo any profits or maybe take a loss to get META floated. UXA estimate market cap around £10 million, If no cash arises then the stock may have to be quoted around (1p) a share 73.7m shares in issue equals £737,000, That may be cheap but there may be nothing for it. | noirua

07/11/2010 08:33 | Despite the visit of Chairman Mr Neill F Arthur from Australia last month, there appears no sign of a date for the company to join 'Plus Markets'. This must be considered a little disappointing as fund raising, company indicates it needs £1.4 million, appears not to have been successful so far. The London based director Per Wimmer appears to have made no announcements so far. | noirua

01/11/2010 10:00 | Noirua, Thanks for your reply. You appear to have timed and loaded up with UXA to perfection well done. I will post an article on the UXA that you might find of interest. c2i | contrarian2investor
01/11/2010 09:17 | What value on a float of Metallum Resources on Plus Markets. Much depends on cash raised for future exploration and drilling. On the unlikely occurrence that Metallum float on Plus Markets with zero cash raised, then the risk to nothing would be substantially higher than if the top target of £1.4 million were raised. Present exploration costs and interest in Granite Power Limited is £1.7 million. Total shares in issue are 73,757,000 and points to a value of 2.25p a share; and likely trade on plus at 2p - 2.5p. *If cash is raised the likely trading price on Plus should be higher. | noirua

28/10/2010 19:34 | That was quick double6, I wasn't at last nights talk by Chairman, Neill Arthur courtesy of t1ps.com. He was in London to finalise the float on Plus markets and I've heard nothing since. I understand many sought to raise questions on UXA his other company that has experienced heavy trading recently with a move to build up stock by China's, China West International. Neill Arthur is very open to people but when it comes to certain questions the door slams shut. The float was delayed by 15 months due the World's financial crisis but tenements are still in place. The main interest was in Metallum's share of Granite Power Limited in Australia, they have signed a JV arrangement, it being a private Australian Company was difficult to put a price on: | noirua

28/10/2010 19:28 | c2i good to see you around, UXA and WEC are my interests at the moment, see ADVFN epics. Since our beloved Felix Resources was sold off for a song I've continued investing in associated WEC - a large chunk of stock but the market cap is high. UXA is my number 2 interest as my holding represents an interesting % of the stock. Added a fair % to my FLX cash but am taking a big risk in both UXA and WEC. META are worth following on Plus shortly and are raising cash with the Chairman's visit this week. Good set-up but valuing them depends on the cash raising - can't explore and drill with no cash. | noirua
