Interesting US session in prospect, if there is some further selling
today, it may lead the way for more significant downside this week.

If this follows the recent script it's bought back again today.

ASCI my main contributor this week, added a chunk last week.

No trading atm as needing a break.

LLOY beginning to look very interesting on a 6-9 timeframe imv.

If we are about to go hard down LLOY may be available near 60 pence, or under.

Hoping we are on the cusp on some decent downside or my cash % position looks
a little ridiculous, see what happens.

Yes, you are probably right Gateside and I've decided to retain CEY for the longer term.

End of year TU for RTHM encouraging. Digital Look are forecasting £8.14m profit in the year to 31/3/2018 with current capitalisation @ £219m and holding £60m in cash. I'm looking for c50% upside over next 12 months to c66.5p (currently 44.25p) with maybe c56p reached in the next month or so especially bearing in mind there are takeover rumours due to strong recent Buying from Tosca Investments.

Point taken, but by buying a company that is mining gold and selling the stuff for a good profit, the potential for gains are much higher.

Cashed our PSN shares today and reduced our FTSE100 trackers down to what I consider to be a minimum holding (c18.7% of total portfolio & c45.8% of current stock level).

Our investments market performed today with a gain of 0.28% as opposed to 0.23% for FTSE100. Of our remaining 27 shares, 14 closed Up, 9 Down and 4 Unchanged. Stock level decreased substantially to 40.9%.

Thing is, you would not be selling Gold merely a producer of Gold which may have question marks about how much it is going to produce and its grade to say nothing of the Egyptian court case still to be resolved.

We will continue to hold our Ishares Physical Gold ETF (SGLN).

I'm looking at buying more CEY on any further weakness. See no reason to sell gold over the long term.

No, we sold ABF on 22 Mar @ 2653.5p...hoping to get rid of 11 other companies over the next few days/weeks including CEY which I nearly sold last Friday...poor Q1 production figures today were supposedly in line with expectations but market gone negative, IMO.

My performance is what it is Pat, no point lying. if it is bad I am open about that, I have told you all my holdings so I am as transparent as can be.

If we had a big correction my performance is likely to turn negative, I am willing to live with that and see a short term blip. It is part of the game, I roll with the punches.

My primary goal is to buy quality and minimize transaction costs, in March I think I traded too much, in fact the past month has been stagnant for my portfolio.

I hope I am smart enough not to sell anything for a while now but all depends on news as I tend to trade news releases rather than share price movements.

I think, at the very least, you owe me an apology, Invisage. If you doubted the integrity of our return, all you had to do was to read the weekly performance updates which, each week, indicate the weekly gain or loss on Assets (Portfolio). Total those over the first 14 weeks and they should come to about +02.77%.

In addition, I was also expecting to read some sort of re-assurance on how you are calculating your ytd. Instead, all we get is a surly 'YTD +3.7%' which is probably more like +3.68% (if actually accurate) but you refuse to calculate/specify to two decimal places as previously requested.
