25/8/2015 21:18 | Hugo thanks it is not something you would wish on your worst enemy!! Not even low life's like the stig!!! It would be nice if somehow there was a silver lining and the patent case comes up trumps and all is long suffering shareholders get out investment back!!! | warwick69

25/8/2015 08:35 | Oh Dear AP. You sound so sad and lonely. You obviously invested and are now regretting it. I do not know any of the answers but I do know I have lost £50,000 with these scammers. They will take your money and you will never see it again. So you can swear at me and post angry words but please invest your money elsewhere. | cromarty
24/8/2015 17:01 | Quote ross2085 on 7 July (5179): "Received a call from Ray at My Club Betting over the weekend. Very nice man who was offering me a share price of £3.40 as a current Worldlink shareholder. I also have an opportunity to increase my shares which I am considering. This all seems fine to me, but he had no record of my current share holding in 'The Betting Service Ltd', in which I was given 1 share per 96 Worldlink shares (so I now have 76 shares). With MyClubBetting apparently taking over The Betting Service." | hugosamuel
24/8/2015 16:59 | Quote gerryjames (POST 5135 & 5140), 01 July: "I've spoken with a nice gentleman called Ray who phone at home. He states a court in the US, one month ago has ruled in favoour of Wordlink (sic)...." .... "As you can imagine this appears to be fantastic news...the phone call was to update but also to offer discounted shares in the soon to be hyper capatilised My Club Betting which may float later. I will recieve an email with all the details and links required." | hugosamuel
24/8/2015 16:54 | Ap, I think you are missing the point. They are asking people to invest in MCB not WGP on the basis it will float and pushing the angle of shared proceeds from the patent that MCB get. Several people have been on here asking about phone calls they have received. It doesn't matter that WGP is suspended, the request to buy shares is for MCB but the guy calling is apparently using the patent trial as his primary reason to get in on discounted shares now. Just go back a few pages in here, several people discussing it since April. | hugosamuel
24/8/2015 10:05 | ap. They are asking for money. You have two ears and one mouth use them in the correct order. | cromarty
23/8/2015 18:45 | Google:"Quest vs Bloomberg et al"Scroll down to the Pacermonitor link about 6 down and favourite that. The dockets are placed by the Court so no spin on it. | hugosamuel
23/8/2015 18:39 | hugo. you got anything to follow the court process. i'm sure there some way of following proceedings. i've not really checked though. and MTV yes, sick dog. add: yes wouldve been better for wgp to go this alone and get legal funding to pursue it themselves a lot earlier. oh well. | apfindley
23/8/2015 18:25 | Apfindley, just wish we'd got this into a trial back in 2012/2013 under WGP steam. Then we would have been minted (or had full closure) and as a by product I wouldn't have wasted my time and energy on MTV!).Anyway, not long to go. Anything we get back is a bonus although we need a LOT back to get past £5m of creditors and accrued losses while in suspenders.Markman from the Judge soon, often points to the outcome of the full trial. | hugosamuel
23/8/2015 18:18 | Hugo.Yes I know, I was called too.But not asked for money. But told a bit about the quest case, and what it will mean for wgp/bets if it's won.I got the impression someone was after the suspended shares for a nominal knockdown value....to me that is a sign of confidence that they could be worth more than zero in the future And if they're possibly worth more than zero, they could be worth a lot. It's either case lost and worth absolutely nothing.Or case won and, a part of quest payout, plus future revenuesfrom the patent.Either way, it's suspended right now, so its worth zero anyway, so anything at all back will be a bonus. | apfindley |
