29/8/2016 10:19 | Warwick. The reason I mention where NR's office really is, is because an operation in London sounds fairly plausible. The reality is much more bucket shop stock market scammer. | cromarty
28/8/2016 21:21 | Peterblok thanks for your kind considerations take a look at PHE I have 19.5% odd and I'm expecting transformational news soon so every 0.1p rise in share price increases my portfolio by .£118,000 and it went up .1p on Friday. So I don't give a Diddley squat what happens to WGP if it's worth nowt then so be it I just think there is still a few twists and turns yet Like apfindley says we will just have to wait and see | warwick69
28/8/2016 18:20 | The chatter sounds a bit daft considering nobody can trade the stock. And I doubt you'll be able to do anything until after the patent case is concluded. At which point, this will be toast and worth absolutely nothing...OR, if at the outside chance quest win the case, there will be some form of special dividend or it will be left to tickover with ongoing royalties. Can do nothing but sit and wait... | apfindley
28/8/2016 15:50 | warwick - you have done your dough, so maybe time to get over it? Hopefully you have other investments in more rewarding enterprises? Either way, I wish you luck Peter | peterblok
28/8/2016 09:37 | NR's OPERATION is not in London but in a shabby office in Caterham in Surrey. | cromarty
27/8/2016 11:41 | If you look at PHE you will see I am Warwick as I own 19+ % of the company and as I have to disclose I have to disclose in my real name so can't see how I can be two people as I have always had the same avatar even before I ever invested in Worldlink I am actually going to see Neil Riches and the my club betting in operation at their offices in London on the 8th sept same day as I will be attending PHE AGM buy a few PHE shares and see me there I can introduce myself This share has not fully run its course I am sure there are more twists and turns to play out yet Maybe some are short and a bit worried ?. | warwick69
25/8/2016 23:08 | Warwick (neil) can you tell us who your dealer is, we all want to smoke the same stuff. | 4laffalot
24/8/2016 19:10 | Alas poor warwick - I know him (NR) well !! Apologies to the Bard. | peterblok
24/8/2016 18:53 | I do tend to shoot from the hip and often get it wrong But I am confident that we will get a settlement | warwick69
24/8/2016 18:51 | Hugo I was mistaken but I unDerstand that it is suspended but also in liquidation so it is an odd scenario I bow to your superior knowledge | warwick69
24/8/2016 18:05 | It might help if I try to guess what you are trying to say and maybe just getting terminology horribly wrong. Worldlink is in liquidation but it is not yet dissolved. It is theoretically possible to halt a CVL if all creditors are paid and a declaration of solvency is made. "The administration of the Liquidation will be continuing until the final position in respect of the patents and subsidiaries is clear". | hugosamuel
24/8/2016 18:02 | I got a copy of that before you changed it Warwick. The Statement of Affairs Pursuant to Section 95/99 of the Insolvency Act 1986 is physically signed by Neil Riches on 14 June 2013. See page 2. Do you think that has be forged and submitted by someone else? Can you explain your comment that you have it on good authority that we should not believe what we read and that Worldlink is not in liquidation? The company registration is the same. | hugosamuel
23/8/2016 22:28 | warwick69, if you go on Companies House itself, you will find the status of Worldlink Group Plc (06448562)is set as: Liquidation. Ours is a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation. In 2013, we passed an extraordinary resolution to wind up. We have two Liquidators. See Filing History. We have had two 'Liquidators statement of receipts and payments' already with a third available to read on 28th August 2016. edit: the debt in the Statement of Affairs by our Joint Liquidators in June 2013 showed £4.1M of creditors, £1.4M of which is actually to Neil Riches. Creditors get paid before shareholders. Not being a "neg head", these are all from the filed Liquidator documents and Companies House. You can see it all for yourself, it is public domain. | hugosamuel
23/8/2016 21:38 | Well so many neg heads we will just have to wait and see the outcome here we are not in liquidation we are suspended???? | warwick69
23/8/2016 19:10 | Sysons is having trouble finding out information on the Frankfurt flotation/scam. I wish I could help more. | cromarty
22/8/2016 22:07 | the maths dont even add up. 20% goes to clubs who sign up, MCB dont own their own proprietary software hxxp://www.gamingint so probably 20% goes to them. Out of the 60% left then assume 40% is tied up in costs, salaries (we know NR alone likes a big salary), so 20% left over. We arent talking betting of Premier League matches, we are talking Mr Smith whose son plays for Playground Wanderers. the accounts show this is not a viable business, let alone one that can even consider listing. If this was a valuable target market ask yourselves..why is Ladbrokes, William Hill, Coral bot going after it...instead NR with dubious credentials is spouting that this is worth millions....... Q.E.D | 4laffalot
22/8/2016 21:12 | Didn't see anything.... | breakdance2
21/8/2016 22:00 | Could be a follow up article on Riches in The Sun tomorrow. Goes back even further. | cromarty
20/8/2016 23:38 | His flotation prospectus is a lie. Where is the revenue? If they are signing up 50 clubs a day there must be cash flow. the only truth is this;As that venture, called Worldlink, was crashing in 2012, 57-year-old boss Neil Riches paid himself a £1,076,485 bonus on top of his £223,500 salary. | cromarty
20/8/2016 23:22 | This is the announcement NR made about Pearson when he appointed him. Neil Riches, Managing Director Worldlink PLC stated "I am absolutely delighted we have attracted a highly respected executive with such an exceptional background as our Chief Marketing Officer. Stephen Pearson brings a very unique combination of skills and hands on expertise in the international sports marketing and gaming industries backed up by solid media credentials, qualities that are highly relevant to our expanding business in these sectors. We have a unique patent position with regards to providing real time data to mobile devices and the rapid expansion of the sports betting and gaming markets should lead to significant revenue generation." Neil Riches says in his pathetic email that this Pearson did some marketing for them. Pearson tried to have the company wound up. Riches is a bare faced liar. | cromarty |
