Whenever Quest partners in IP that must be licensed or is subject to royalty arrangements, Quest Licensing takes the lead. Quest Licensing is involved with a number of our technology partnerships, including those related to technologies associated with webpage generation, content display and mobile data delivery. In October 2012, Quest secured all right title and interest in the '468 Patent as well as any continuation or divisional applications claiming priority to the '468 Patent. The portfolio relates to the transmission to mobile devices (such as smartphones, laptops and tablets) of automatically updated, real time data over a mobile telecommunications network, where the user selects the information he or she wishes to receive. | hugosamuel | |
23/12/2013 17:34 | lmfao warwick, HOW MANY TIMES do you fall for the same stuff? how many times will they give this to a "big litigator"? they said this in 2008 and 2009 about leading patent litigators Quest Patent Research. 15 million raised to go after infringers. what happened to the markman hearing in the US? what happened to City Index? this is what will happen... 1) they repeat the same stuff for a new audience as they have done several times. in 2008, for the Frankfurt listing in 2010 (failed), for the LSE listing in 2011 (failed). 2) a new series of investors will come in based on PROMISES and PR. forums will fill with people accusing all of us that got burned this time of living in the past and not being what they seem. 3) no ACTUAL revenue based results will back up those promises and PR. 4) a new group of scary mysterious people working against the company will be imagined and trotted out as a excuse every time item 3 is pointed out. 5) the company liquidates but 'loans' will appear that are repaid and salaries, bonuses and expenses will be taken out. 6)2016, see item 1 but add 2013 to the end of the sentence. | hugosamuel |
