09/2/2004 11:33 | Suspension has to be agreed by the LSE. The LSE will normally query large price moves where there is no apparent news, to maintain an orderly market. This is just OTOH, so have a browse of the LSE website, if you want official details. Rgds dell | dell314

09/2/2004 10:32 | Announcement forthcoming - Reverse takeover - and share suspension MMs win again! The Board has noted the recent rise in its share price. The Board confirms that it is in early discussions with a third party which would result in that party being acquired by the company. Under the Listing Rules this transaction would represent a reverse take-over and consequently the Board has requested that its shares be suspended until the outcome of these discussions are resolved. It should be stressed that these discussions are at a very early stage and there is no certainty that this transaction will proceed. | mikeb01
09/2/2004 10:14 | Well done on WTS and they were to fast for me. I missed WTS last Friday because when it shot to 5p and I thought about buying this morning and it shot to 7pask just after the market opened. This WTS gives no chance for me and its only a few hundred pound profit anyway. Edited at 10.36am, ashame about the A, this is why I dont always risk my money, even though I tend to go for this type of share a lot. I have not checked STN today yet and I am hope that WTS does a look deal, because at least that could well happen. | responsible lad
