05/11/2010 07:25 | Stockadoodle - 4 Nov'10 - 22:25 - 6973 of 6973 Purple - you sold lots today then? Sold some OMI and a few other 'get rich quick' stocks. Still holding onto a few OMI as I think they may go further. Also 'closed' a PTR T-Trade for a nice gain. As for the more normal stuff, I'll continue to hold as I think the market is quite healthy at the moment. And WKP is looking good as well - the sector is trading up after 6 months of slacking. It's the start of the 'reporting season' next week and it will be interesting to see how much the various NAV figures have increased. WKP releases it's interims on the 15th. The sector benchmarks LAND and BLND release interims on the 11th and 16th respectively. | purplebox

29/10/2010 12:27 | Well done to all those who got in at sub 20p a few weeks back. I didn't have the spare cash at the time but I know a man where I work who did and it seems I have a new best friend! Nice feeling of satisfaction that I've managed to help someone. | ![]() osirisra

28/10/2010 19:00 | The thing that's caught my attention at present is not the debt refinancing or the buy back of the Glebe Estates. It's the fact that the Chairman bought 500,000 shares at 21.25p on the 29th September. Why - well the end of H1 was the 30th September and property valuations and rental figures up to that date would have been available any time from 1st October onwards. Perhaps the Chairman had an inkling of what they might be and chose to buy before the privileged information would have been available, in order to stay within the rules... ...interim results due on Monday the 15th November. | purplebox
