18/10/2004 08:10 | Bloody hell am i the only one left here?.....news today,things on the up,longterm chart good........AND STILL NO LIFE HERE.....LOL....:-)) | zinco
23/8/2004 18:07 | Cheers GG as always great post mate ............thanks.. | zinco
23/8/2004 18:02 | WSI Turnover Increase in continuing Operations of 14.47% from £7.6m to £8.7m Estimated Gross Profit Margin 70.26% (based on prior results), shows that Gross Margins haven't improved substantially since the sale of TeleWare business. Savings have been mad through reduction in Admin Expenses, which would have been as a direct result of a fixed cost base being spread over the 2 companies. Would not expect to see any increase in that fixed cost base in the short term, so additional turnover should mostly drop to the bottom line (70% of it). The full write off of goodwill is positive and will give a much clearer picture of the business going forward. Assuming 150 million shares (post TeleWare reduction)in issue, the company has cash resources of £8.5 million which equates to 5.66p per share. Market Cap per ADVFN looks to be incorrect, based on 150m shares the Market Cap is approx £21m. At current values, stripping out cash, values the company at £12.5m or 8.33p per share. That gives an EPS on continuing activities of 0.3753p. Based on 14p closing price gives a PE of 37 Strip out cash and the PE falls to 22 If you assume a 10% growth on turnover and a similar GP%, you get the following: Operating Profit £1.177m EPS on continuing activities of 0.785 Based on 14p gives a PE of 17.83 Cash Generation based on previous year (doubtful debtors will swing as much) approx £1m - £1.2m (Therefore Cash per Share increases to 6.47p) Strip Cash Out and PE drops to 9.59 Wont make you mega rich, and could be seen as stable until next results. Info from company is not very regular, so share price drift is possible. All IMHO - DYOR etc etc | greengiant
10/8/2004 12:35 | No - sorry mate. something strange for you though. i added 30k on friday and the trade never showed up and still hasn't. also at 12.15 yesterday a couple of large trades went through which u know about. I was kind oif hoping that the rns was held back cos they are about to announce a trading update or something of that ilk. Given that there';s been no reported volume tho (Reported) i guess not. Unless the volumes are not being reported for some reason. L | lee

Unfortunately I didn't attend the AGM either, so a brief summary from someone who did would be hugely appreciated! Here's to all the long-termers. Going XD soon if my memory serves? | rarther
