The Board of Schroder UK Public Private Trust plc (the "Company") announces the indicative unaudited NAV per share of the Company as follows:

The above unaudited NAV reflects a revaluation of the quoted holdings at the market close price on the NAV reporting date. The unquoted holdings are now valued at 31 December 2021 and are revalued each quarter, however, daily foreign exchange movements on unquoted holdings have been reflected in the daily NAV.

The Company's holding in Rutherford Health plc ("RUTH") has historically been revalued quarterly in line with our valuation methodology for unquoted holdings. The Company continues to value RUTH on this basis following the withdrawal of its shares from trading on the AQSE Growth Market on 24 January 2022.

Quarterly valuations are released within four months of the Company's 31 December year end, within three months of the half-year period end, and within two months of the other quarterly valuation points. The last valuation date for private assets was 31 December 2021.
