WIZZ AIR GROWS PASSENGER NUMBERS IN NOVEMBER BY 24% TO 3.0 MILLION

LOAD FACTOR INCREASES BY 1.6PPTs TO 92.8%

Geneva, 3 December 2019: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces passenger and CO2 emission statistics for November 2019.

In November 2019, Wizz Air continued to grow its network and improve its customer offering as follows:

-- Route network expansion with the commencement of 11 routes: Georgia (1x), Hungary (1x), Lithuania (1x), Poland (4x), Romania (1x), United Kingdom (1x), Ukraine (2x).

-- Wizz Air continuously operates at the lowest CO2 emissions per passenger/km amongst all competitor airlines. At 57.2 grams, CO2 emissions in grams per passenger/km for the month of November were 3.5% lower than in the same month last year.

-- For the second consecutive year, Wizz Air has been named the Best Low Cost Airline in Europe in the 2020 annual ranking of AirlineRatings, the world's only safety and product rating website. This rating is considered one of the most important and respected awards in the world of aviation, guiding customers in their choice of the safest and best airlines to fly with.
