Extension of CEO Service Agreement

Geneva, 10 November 2020: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announced today an agreement with József Váradi, the Group's Chief Executive Officer, in respect to a new service contract with the Group. The contract term is indefinite and the terms of his service agreement are materially the same as his existing agreement. This underlines the Board's confidence in Wizz Air's entrepreneurial leadership, agility and strength going forward under József Váradi.
