24/12/2024 12:02 | Windward received a recommended cash offer this morning, so another AIM company bites the dust. A flurry of buys here this morning and as the stock is tightly held, it doesn't take much for the share price to get marked up. If this company delivers anywhere near forecasts then 2025 could be a very interesting year. Happy New Year to all staff and shareholders. Onwards and upwards in 2025! | eagle eye
18/12/2024 17:52 | Biggest order in the companies history and this is a repeat order from a client who has several other wind farms. And they got some recurring income in this deal. As they point out, there is every chance many more orders could flow in. I mean if this stuff works, it works so you may as well install it across all the turbines. The challenge could be in fulfilling the orders but they have the cash to finance the step -up in sales and associated costs and get more hands on deck to deal with the extra work and they already have the production capacity to support turnover 2.5 times what they expect to sell in FY25. Challenges ahead i’m sure but investment wise it looks pretty good. And crucially we have ST from IC onboard. This helps. | robsy2
03/12/2024 08:51 | The price dip looks like a good opportunity to get on board if you've been interested. I didn't expect to see 45p offer, so have taken on a few this morning. | eagle eye
02/12/2024 17:12 | Interesting raise and business model shift, wonder what the price will be ? | hatfullofsky
28/11/2024 22:29 | I wouldn't say a false gain tomorrow as todays genuine gain is not showing up in todays stated mid price. | jpuff
28/11/2024 21:13 | Easy - Closing auction UT 2 shares at 40.2 - After auction 2 "O" trades - buys at 47.4-p . So on opening tomorrow a "false" gain of some 7p likely to be shown. QED. | pugugly
28/11/2024 21:01 | Well the spread is 45-48 and the mid 40. Go figure that one! | jpuff
28/11/2024 16:49 | Sometimes KoD. | pugugly
28/11/2024 16:04 | Yep, Simon Thompson, Investor Chronicles. Target price 80p.... | giainvest
28/11/2024 15:51 | Hmm what's caused that flurry of activity? Tipped? | jpuff
12/11/2024 08:29 | Slight setback today but the bright future looks like it might be on the point of arriving. This company is now profitable. Now a buy for me. | robsy2
16/9/2024 06:40 | I think the chair is ex-dowgate right ? | hatfullofsky
12/9/2024 11:20 | Research initiated by Dowgate Capital with 100p target price. 2.5x upside | lord orphan
13/6/2024 07:55 | Looking relatively strong now | jpuff
25/4/2024 14:15 | Continues to tick up nicely | robertspc1
18/4/2024 23:06 | That's just over £1m invested by David and Patricia Lis in just over a week. That is some serious skin in the game. I wasn't planning on topping up but now seriously considering it. | pj84
12/4/2024 16:31 | Yes great news. Oversubscribed raise of £4.4m compared to original target of £2m. House broker estimates 12m revenue this year with Ebitda of 3.5m. His fair value price is 61p. | lord orphan
12/4/2024 15:30 | 2 Non exec directors applying for £650k of shares in the placing is a big sign of confidence. The market makers have moved the price up 2p despite only 1 share showing as being sold since the announcement! | pj84
08/4/2024 11:12 | Nice update today, The current year ending 31 December 2024 has started strongly, with sales and orders representing estimated revenue of c.€5.9m (including the significant new order), already exceeding full year 2023 revenue, and giving the Board confidence that the full year will see YOY revenue growth of a similar order to the c.150% YOY growth from 2022 to 2023. Estimates are at €12m that would be some compound growth rate | hatfullofsky
14/2/2024 11:21 | Good appointment I guess, professional director, part time with other appointments, joins the Chairman who also came from Carrs Plc I believe. | fastbuck
09/2/2024 21:29 | Yes now confirmed by later RNS. They have either decided that the recent share price recovery is an opportunity to sell or there may be other unconnected reasons to exit. I suspect the other large purchases today are other key holders who have seen this as an opportunity to top up. I had been reluctant to top up following the steep rise after the shares were suspended but colinbwood might have timed his top up quite well, it will be interesting to see how this reacts next week. | pj84
09/2/2024 16:46 | The only non-management shareholder with 3.8m shares is M+ Invest, a Danish family office.https://inves | lord orphan
09/2/2024 16:20 | As well as the 1,000,000 at 30.5 there are quite a few other large trades also for 30.5 which could also be buys and the 3,846,473 at 30 could have been the seller. Paul Hodges now owns 3.25m shares which is 4.7% so the 3.8m shares is over 5.5% so another holdings RNS should follow and will help to clarify what has happened. | pj84
09/2/2024 15:48 | I topped up @34p. Hope I don't regret it. | colinbwood |
