i did manage to get a small top up at 20. The chart does indeed look encouraging now, and as Wapper says, yesterdays close signals a new closing high in the run up since the all time low which is encouraging. A lot of money went in to this at much higher levels on the basis of a long term hold - those investors will be looking for £1 at least. It'll take time of course and also need to be backed up by positive announcements, but hopefully the trend is now north. I'll sell a few for prudence at 39, but hold on otherwise for 70+. Lets see.

I think Cenkos is targeting those type of funds. Wouldn't surprise me if they've started nibbling already.

Hi Lord Orphan. Yes I think you're right, I've got a target of 39 to sell a few. No surprise to see the small pull back today, as we know nothing goes up in a straight line, and i'd see anything in the high teens again as a top up opportunity. On a broader note, I keep getting offered opportunities to invest in 'sustainable energy' type funds. They will likely raise a lot of money and that has to go somewhere! Whether wpho is too much of a minnow though, I don't know.

Great call - it's mid 20s already. I'm not a chartist but isn't there some resistance in the 40s?

It looks like this may finally be turning, probably in the light of the Cenkos report in December and it being in the right sector at the right time. Trading is still relatively thin, so any weight of buying could see a rapid rise to the mid 20's. A gap at 78p is there to be filled.

Yeah...we called it! :-) I don't think the money will last long though. It's only £1.4M before expenses. Either it's to buy bits, pay salaries or to help them try and deliver one of the large orders they were talking about. I reckon they will be after more cash within a year or will be taken out somehow.

You're right about the ridiculous spread and they don't even want to trade at those prices. I'm hopeful of big contract news later in the year. Recent announcements have hinted at traction with OEMs.

Cash burn too high, uptake of disruptive technology too slow. Competitive space and share dilution. Market cap too high for current sales volumes. Sector dynamics positive and overall growth in wind v strong. Also potential retrofit and repowering market is interesting. Sub 70p I'm a buyer on newsflow. However, I'm put off by the spread and current price. I tried to buy last week at 75p but it wouldn't let me. I'd have had to buy at 77p and could only sell those today at 82p. Sure that would be 6% profit but too risky for me. I want to see higher volumes, lower spread and evidence that they are signing up large long term contracts. Manufacturing costs must be high. Lasers are not cheap either. The long term opportunity here is that they get bought out by an OEM looking to buy an off the shelf product for integration or they sub licence manufacture to an OEM under licence. Thoughts anyone?

The announcement from 26 June was for 5 lidars in Mexico but the comment from the CEO suggested follow-on orders of several hundred on a 1GW site. This could be worth €5m in revenue terms."I am pleased to announce the new order; not least due to the potential for additional orders for more LiDARs for the specific wind turbine site, which is planned to be extended to more than 1GW of capacity over the coming year. Based on our surveying of the site, even minimal annual energy production improvements of 1% constitutes a very attractive business case for rolling out the LiDAR sensors on all turbines on this site.

Nice and possibly a "must have" product but shame about the finance and sales traction - Cash burn too high (imo).
