Picked up a small amount but the offer has still gone lower on no
other trades.

Offer is 140p now, next offer on L2 is 148p so some difference but
hard to know if this is the bottom but when it starts to rebound a
few pence here or there wont matter.

Over 400k traded into 9.5 mil total shares, not far off 5% of the
stock changing hands today Leigh, been watching this for a while
and checking the online limits which have been pretty abysmal until
today even though it dropped, if they are matching up the seller
with a buyer it's a just a little short term pain before seller is
totally cleared and then watch it go.

Agree, there has suddenly been shares traded after months of inactivity - directors again? Odd that the price was marked down today but then on a number of shares the price has been in the opposite direction from the apparent activity.

Think this drop is very deceiving.

Large blocks of stock changing hands at 142p and the online
bid and size are actually higher today than they were yesterday
despite the overall price being down 3.5p.

Can see a bounce coming very soon as this overhang is clearing.

GT I thought they had already done that in the short term, however I agree we will see more director purchases as they seek to ensure they have the correct loadings to maximise the returns from the options.

However this remains a tough share, it must be one of the most illiquid on AIM.

Anyone care for a wager that yesterdays buys were the directors sorting out the shares they need for their option package.

OK read it properly now.

Probably one of the best incentive schemes I've seen for a listed company.

The timescale is 3 years. In that time in order to benefit from the share options they musy have:

a) Grown the eps by at least an average of 20% per annum over the three years
b) Grown the share price to at least £3.00
c) Purchased an equivalent number of shares in their own right.

If they leave they get no benefits and if they miss targets the options lapse.

I like it and personally hope that they alll get their maximum entitlement.

Still trying to make sense of the mgmt incentive package announced yesterday.

Will look at properly when I get home but initially it looks like they get shaes issued at nil cost if certain targets hit. They also need to have purchased a specified amount of shares to qualify for their full entitlement.

Nothing issued unless they grow eps by minimum 20% per annum and get the share price above £3.00 in the next 12 months. In order to get his full entitlement Rivers will have needed to up his shareholding to 175,000 shares, increased eps 35% pa and got share price above £5.00.

am I right in thinking that if he pays out the £250k to £300k for shares he stands to receive £875000 if he hits the target. Quite an incentive but a stiff target.

Good to see director buying here even if relatively modest. Of course the Tech Director has bought at higher levels than the current price as well. I think it is a good time to buy if your prepared to hold. My concern on liquidity of the shares remains however which for the time being will prevent me from buying in.

It is a pity This_is_me can't update the header to include RNS releases. I would have missed the results had it not been for gooner.

They are a real mixed bag and this year was frankly disappointing. Whilst the continued fall out from premium rate was bound to still hurt I was expecting them to more than make up for this in other directions. What I had not anticipated was the fall off of their on SIM card business. If I am not mistaken this refers to their T-Mobile business in the UK and I don't understand why this business is suffering. Have they lost the business or is it not being invested in? I missed any RNS referring to this previously but this was very lucrative which I guess is why their profit margins suffered. They indicate that the fall out here is to continue into the first quarter. I would like more info on this contract and what is going on. I note they do not mention T-Mobile whilst they do mention O2 and Vodafone. All v strange especially as Rivers is an ex T-Mobile man.

This also affects in their ability to translate earnings into cash which again I was disappointed by the small rise. Difficult really to judge what is going on as the amounts are disguised at any one time by whether they have received operator revenues in time for year end which are big items.

That aside their acquisitions look to be well placed and the fact that they are now more focussed on Operator and Enterprise business I think is v positive. The more operator business they can secure the better and I would have no issues if this grew as a % of business as in general the margins are better. Really positive is the fact that finally Greece is on board with MT billing. As long as WIN and other operators in the area have learned the lessons of the UK and do not spoil the market with consumer rip off services, then this should now be an area of high growth for them.

WIN were fortunate not to have services that got embroiled in the voting scams of last year although obviously the resulting regulations do affect them. They are well positioned to pick up business from those companies such as Opera that were tainted with the scams so they should be able to grow this business beyond the lucrative and growing work with the BBC. But I am relieved that Rivers appears to have backed away from his initial strategy of making this area the focal point of WIN going forward. Instead it appears it is to be the junior of three legs the others being Operator and Enterprise markets. The latter has taken far longer than commentators thought it would to take off but they do seem to be getting real traction with their CRM solutions.

Still not in, however the time to get in may be pre-interim announcements. My biggest concerns about this stock is its liquidity. The shares are tied up in the hands of a few institutions, which means if you want to exit quickly you may find yourself stuck. That more than anything is keeping me away currently.

the listing fees must be annoying for them as nowt goes on with their shares !

cheap as chips - one day will come in and see it is in takeover talks i reckon.

I gooner

I think it is more a general market apathy than anything to do with this share.
The price will go up when the company shows consistent growth in EPS, at Present EPS of 11p does not say screaming buy to anyone looking at the financials alone, personally i think the company has plenty of expansion prospects at the moment but i guess we will have to see.

Another of the companies I hold (ISG) announced profits this morning up 50% and still remains on a P/E of 6, sigh.

This share continues to amaze me not by its performance but by the complete apathy of the investing public towards it. Results out today and not a squeek or a whisper either from buys/sells, mm's or messageboard users.

My thoughts for what its worth are solid if unspectacular transitional year. Could easily of slid into oblivion with the demise of premium rate services and the voting fiasco on tv but instead has reviewd its business model and repositioned itself to grow from the increases in handset technoloy and bandwith availability. No debt which is a major plus in these markets, cash generative and low P/E.

Oh how I wish it was losing thousands & in debt but with a ragtag bag of small PI followers to ramp it up it would be up 70-80% today. oh well just have to tuck away the dividend and wait for another year before the market catches on.

It looks like it LA but I'm not 100% convinced, whatever its moved the price up after a little pause.

Original trade was 112k but was cancelled and two smaller trades of 50k and 60k now both at 146. Either it was accummulated purchase thats finally been filled and now reported or they've been dropping the price lately to find some buyers to fill a sell order they had and its finally been filled. I go with the buy as price showing wouldn't have made them any profit but never know what mm's are up to.

Whatever its sent all the mm's scuttling now 2 v 2 145 v 155 and online 147.6 v 152.5.

seems to be two threads running at the moment. I have been posting on the other one if anyone is interested. Not sure what one to use going forward but hardly anyone posting so probably doesn't matter either way.
