still falling - Looks as though may have been over cooked p/e potentially still too high. Rvenue 2011 to 2014 virtually static. Profit IFSR3 declined over last 3 years but normalised increased, Gearing at 63.7% (Refs) imo high.

Looks like interims were available to some on 14th Feb. if not the 3rd! Long term still ok but results look below forecast to me

Pretty relentless rise even against the current negativity in the wider markets. Wonder if someone is building a stake for an approach?

Great little share with a useful dividend to boot. Under the radar of most investors. Share price has steadily gone about its business in the last year or so. Not sure if there is anything company specific driving the performance but my only complaint is that I reduced exposure here last Aug just as the period of consolidation came to an end. Doh.

yes, steady progress being made + dividend maintained again. on future dividends they say "We intend to build our annual dividend cover of Adjusted earnings per Share to two times the annual dividend at which time we will resume a progressive dividend policy." targeting annual dividend cover of 2x adjusted EPS; current div 7p so they will resume progressive dividend policy once they reach 14p adjusted EPS. adjusted EPS reported today was 13.06p (2012: 11.71p); increase of 11.5%. looks likely that they will be reinstating the progressive dividend policy in 12 months time then.

Today's holding rns, Brad D Gilbert reducing to below 4%. Anyone wondering who he is, see HTTP://www.investegate.co.uk/article.aspx?id=200212090700268141E. Appears he was former chairman + led WIL from floatation in 1995 to retirement in 2002. As such I think a gradual reduction in the holding of someone his age is nothing to be too concerned about (he used to have more than 10%). Aimho.

i claim full responsibility for the breakout. it had been pretty much range bound until i sliced some yesterday :o( looking fwd to results on 19/9. just before my bday so good results followed by a re-rating would be a nice present. mind you i'll take the re-rating in advance of results if they're feeling generous ;o)

Well the IMS passed unnoticed. But it has been strong since and the drop earlier was overdone: The outlook for the full financial year remains unchanged and in line with the Board's expectations. Whilst economic conditions remain challenging, the majority of our businesses have been resilient and our internationally focussed divisions are still generating good growth. This growth, alongside contributions from our two recent acquisitions, and cost savings from initiatives already implemented, will help us achieve our full year expectations.
