The Company confirms it has received an indication from the OEPA (Republic of Sudan) that they would be prepared to sign a Service Agreement with the Company with a view to increasing oil production on the Bamboo oil field.

Anyways, company has insufficient funds to do a transaction now so it’s Walter Mitty land here…..still. And any deal - which has to be over £30m as per listing rules now would need a lot of cash……no one funds a company and gives £5m away - market cap currently - of value to a bust shell. Simply unprecedented so all dreamers need to wake up!

And in the event of any deal, stock would be halted immediately for at least 6 months
