28/4/2021 09:50 | I’ve heard they still own the ships rudder as it’s still on its way. | deanowls
27/4/2021 20:48 | It amuses me looking at what a disaster this has been. But the Fowler family continue to asset strip through salary. But in terms of how much of the business they own, they are destroyed. At admission there were 13.5m shares in issue and Peter Fowler owned 34%, his wife 12% and the boy, 3.7%. That was 6.7m shares, totalling almost exactly 50%. It was “their” company. Now, they own 7.1m shares, out of a total of 286m, or 2.4%. Oops. That is dilution for you, Fowlup family. You are now minority holders ( Er, tiny tiny holders) of a business of about the same size. Compare 13.5m shares at the Admission price of 65p = a market cap of £9m Now 286m shares at 4p = a market cap of £11m And meanwhile, retained profit on the balance sheet.....of minus £23.7m....ie losses over 15 years totalling £23.7m. Paid for by issuing 270,000,000 new shares to mug punters........ | graham1ty
27/4/2021 17:53 | Friday is not a good day for results. | dodge_city
27/4/2021 17:21 | Results Friday | hamidahamida
26/4/2021 17:58 | So results early because of good news or results early because of bad news. | dodge_city
26/4/2021 16:11 | Yes, it's very unusual that they are issuing result early. | dodge_city
26/4/2021 15:53 | The only reason I would go for an early results release would be if I had a decent contract to announce!? | loafofbread
23/4/2021 21:42 | Is the boat still sinking? Last I heard they were waiting on a propeller to be shipped in? | kreature
23/4/2021 11:09 | We have waited 4 positive contract for so long i could have notch up some grandchildren. We r shown a carrot but when we get close it is a mirage. We need less jardon from management n more profitable contracts. We could not even secure £1 million in business due 2 covid but a pub owner with no experience got a contract for over £20 mil. Think about it. | last on line
23/4/2021 09:40 | Mark Watson-Mitchell who has numerous years in the business certainly thinks so.. He said results would be out towards the end of the month ( previous RNS suggested May) So his contacts with management haven’t been wrong thus far. | cravencottage
23/4/2021 08:38 | 3/3Its reputation has been poor, however it does seem like #wsg is well positioned for growth. Nothing is ever certain although I believe (and hope!) the next couple of months will be a turning point. | hamidahamida
23/4/2021 08:38 | Potential Inflection Points:- Securing airport security for 5 airports- Exclusive service agreement with a company about to launch a COVID testing service- Completion of formation of WSG Arabia- Any positive news around JCPOA | hamidahamida
23/4/2021 08:37 | Facts:- Recently debt free- Already expected to hit 2021 targets exc rev slippage- Footfall is 14.6% ahead of budget at West African Airport Operations in 2021- Strong Capital Reserves to help support large prospects- WSG won't need to raise capital anytime soon | hamidahamida
23/4/2021 07:11 | Results out next Friday. News of more contracts/Renewals? Whoever bought 4 million shares not so long ago must know something. | cravencottage
20/4/2021 13:34 | The perfect ponzi lifestyle company!!! How much has Fowler drained from WSG in salary and benefits over the years???? All while steering the business from one disaster to another.. he is incompetency personified! | pjj71
20/4/2021 12:00 | Fowler refers to the “pipeline of opportunities.... East Africa MOU, Nov 2012, delay 101 months Asia MOU, Feb 2015, delay 74 months "New country" MOU, Oct 2015, delay 66 months East Africa 2 MOU, Dec 2015, delay 64 months MIddle east 1 MOU, JAn 2016, delay 63 months Border project MOU, Feb 2016, delay 62 months Iran, MOU and LOI, March 2016, delay 61 months. “Signed” but not operational Ghana TPA June 2019, we have still not had the final contract signed, so call that 22 months delay. That "adds up" to 514 months of aggregate delays, That is almost a 43 year wait !! Nothing new ( apart from Ghana) has been signed for almost four years, so that flurry of supposed activity either side of Christmas 2015 has produced absolutely nothing. | graham1ty
16/4/2021 22:35 | Craven, there are 286m shares in issue now. In April 2020 there were 159m In April 2015 there were 56m In April 2010 there were 17.7m So, in six years the share capital has gone up five fold In eleven years it has gone up 16 fold. So, a share price of 4.5p today is equivalent to 75p then. So, WSG is not far off an all time high !!! | graham1ty
16/4/2021 11:25 | Graham Not quite right... WSG placed an additional 44% of share capital which was used to make Westminster debt free.. which would put the Equivalent share price at closer to 9p. Mark Watson Mitchell reckons on 6p as a short term price target... So plenty of gas left in the tank.. | cravencottage
14/4/2021 10:00 | Topnotch, they doubled the number of shares in December, so the current share price is an equivalent of 10p last year. So the share price is already pretty high......... | graham1ty
14/4/2021 09:12 | Need a new contract more like. | dodge_city
14/4/2021 09:07 | Hmmm, does look like an emminent breakout - with the 25 day & 50 day EMA's about to cross over and the current price hitting the 100 day EMA (which it hasn't done for over 10 months Just need a slight increase in share price to confirm the breakout... | topnotch
13/4/2021 15:51 | Turning up nicely now. BUY. | philjeans |
