News today - WSG are "inundated" with enquiries for products and services....

"Covid-19 The New Kind Of “Normal”
May 4th, 2020 News

As noted on previous news articles Westminster has been inundated from its global network of clients and beyond for advice, products and services to aid in defeating the spread of the Covid-19 virus, there is little or no sign of this interest in these solutions slowing down. The current hot topic of conversation is the need for fever screening devices in the work place as the global population looks to emerge from lockdown restrictions and return to a new kind of “normal”.

Right from the start of the Covid-19 pandemic Westminster has been supplying solutions to customers from the four corners of the world, a diverse range of existing clients and new from numerous market sectors including international cruise ports, aviation logistics and the construction industry. Westminster has a wide range of cutting-edge technology at various price points to ensure that there is a fit for purpose solution for all businesses regardless of size and stature.

Fever detection/screening equipment has been a real focus of our clients requirements from mass crowd screening to individual detection, it is expected that this requirement will continue to grow as industry and commercial sectors prepare to place systems and processes in order to get back to work. Westminster is continuing to work alongside its global clients helping make that transition back to work as well ordered as possible."

From Investing.com
Westminster Group PLC (LON:WSG) shares were up 22% at 11p as investors focused on the technology solutions provider’s fever screening kit and associated equipment. READ Westminster sees orders surge for fever screening equipment The company revealed towards the end of last month that it had received an order for its Walk Through Dever Detector & Metal Detector from an American football team described as a “multiple NFL Super Bowl-winning side” – so, not the Detroit Lions, then. That sale was followed up by an enquiry and sale indication from a basketball team described as a recent consecutive winner of the NBA Finals.

'As previously reported we are fortunate in that our business model is built on multiple revenue streams from various activities around the world and whilst parts of our business including our airport security and training operations are adversely affected, other areas of the business are largely unaffected and it is encouraging to see that our Ghana operations continue to generate revenues in line with budget and that the lockdown in the country, which is now over, had little impact on our business. As previously announced our product sales, particularly of fever screening and safety equipment, are flourishing.'

Like the last statement particularly.

Ramped on the back of Covid. Look at a decent company like FLIR who are the main suppliers in the screening industry

We recently covered #WSG around 5.5p...The stock is up 100% from that level. "...One of the essential measures that needs to be put in place is adequate fever detection systems..."Can you really afford not to follow @TMSreach https://total-market-solutions.com/2020/03/03/westminster-group-news/

Certainly not a deramp, I dipped a toe in for 10k last week on the potential for screening at airports, sports grounds etc it’s just that on a twitter ramp things get a bit frantic. If they can get it to 13p I’ll sell and buy back in when it quietens down again

Stale bulls in underperforming shares are entitled to be grouchy about recent buyers having doubled their money by buying at rock bottom. I've been there many times myself. However if you no longer believe in a share then surely best thing to do is sell?
