Not gloating either way and good luck if people are making money.Just as someone who has followed this company for 5+ years, I know the warning signs, promise after promise, but abysmal performance, I won't bore you with the details, to be honest I could write a book.As you mention, do your own research, I would start by reading back over past 4 or 5 years rns's, that will tell you, all you need to know.I have no vested interest either way, but someuwin works for the PR company.....

They won't sign this month as I don't think they said they would, they did however state there would be a trading update this month, obviously they'll beef it up as always but can't really call it - flights are increasing but will that tax affect footfall, how will tech have performed, what has the ferry cost, what about those projects that were awarded and err been delayed since award. I really can't see a pbt but no doubt they will use the ebitda method of dressing it up to sound good

Its the timely RNSs that I can't understand have not been investigated over the years. It just seems to be just to raise money at a higher level or not to move nominal value down. very very odd. They still have a few days left of January to prove me wrong, but can't see anything being signed imo

Every single MOU has been exaggerated.

East Africa MOU, Nov 2012, delay 62 months
Asia MOU, Feb 2015, delay 35 months
"New country" MOU, Oct 2015, delay 27 months
East Africa 2 MOU, Dec 2015, delay 25 months
MIddle east 1 MOU, JAn 2016, delay 24 months
Border project MOU, Feb 2016, delay 23 months
Middle East 2, MOU and LOI, March 2016, delay 22 months

That "adds up" to 218 months of aggregate delays, or over 18 years wait !!

Just shows that the MOUs are meaningless, unenforceable, and give no guidance at all as to likelihood or timing of receiving any contract at all.

Hippo, he has let me post ( ad tedium) the lists of fundraisings, and the delays to all the contracts. No one seemed to like the repetition, and was accused of being a scratched record. However, the scratched record is going round and round saying “signing soon.......signing soon......signing soon.....signing soon”.

But raise a subject that has been extensively written about before, that can easily be googled, and suddenly I am off the Board. Someuwin, if you are reading this, I undertake to edit and remove that last post, if you unban me

Those waiting for the January deal, should remember some on here are probably still waiting for the deal that was so close 4 years ago.....and the other one 3 years ago.....and the other one.......list goes on..

They said in Jan, it is still only mid-Jan. I expect we'll see a rise into the end of the week again as people anticipate Monday news.

Enfrang, would be careful writing stuff like that on a public forum.....

This is starting to look a bit iffy. How long can it take to get one final internal approval for a contract which has already got internal approval AND governmental approval.

At least it is not as risky an investment as the £1000,000,000+ Carillion!
