03/2/2018 08:19 | If no Placing was needed until April, why on earth did they raise money last week ? Why raise at 22p when it might be 50p or 100p? If they raised money last week, just for the hell of it, or just because they could, then you would really have to question the commercial competence of the Board. It is like saying we could have sold the SQ for £500,000 in the next few months, but we took £200,000 just for the hell of it. | graham1ty
03/2/2018 07:07 | No placing was needed till April.....there is a big difference. Burn rate is only about £50k per month now, very close to breaking even. With SL passenger numbers steadily increasing, there is a good chance of that happening this year | here and there
02/2/2018 08:51 | someuwin, you forgot to vote up taxi post lol | youkme
02/2/2018 08:51 | What a strange sad and bitter man. This is a share chat board and all views should be welcome. Just as well really as IanB has been saying no placing until April! | youkme
02/2/2018 08:30 | What is boring is the way you 2 go on. I thought you was going to see how this panned out. And as for loser trucker man I thought he was over this and moved on. As for getting to me, never. I'm up here and well up on star, in fact nearly as much as he lost of his wife's money and he wants to slag PF off when he is the lowest of the low. Anyway enjoy your day graham.Ps you used to be a nomad, lol. How do you think they got the last update out if there wasn't some truth in it. Hahahahaha | tax dodge
02/2/2018 07:41 | Graham- and I don't bother him pmsl Love it | youkme
02/2/2018 07:29 | Tax, leave it .....it is really boring. Sclper, are you really so sure it is coming ? This “contract̶ And would you give an enormous contract to a poxy little company that has not made profits for years, that is dependent on endless fundraising ? Months ago we discussed on here two things: first performance bonds and secondly working capital. If I was the client I would demand a performance bond against delivery. WSG have not got a good history in delivering projects ( the ferry) so what might the performance bond be on a supposed £300m contract ? It might be £5m, might be £10m. On working capital, what will they need to run this ? Recruitment will have to happen ( miraculously overnight)( are WSG really just going to take over the existing staff if they need replacing ?), a gearing up of operations, cost, cost, cost. There might be a need for working capital of say, £2m, probably a bit more ? Where is all of that coming from ? Lastly, if you look at probabilities. If they do really get the contract, this might well get to 100p .....so is that factored in, if it is such a dead cert ? No, because the price has fallen since the announcement. Some suggest that Lungi alone underpins the current price. That means that next to nothing is factored in for the new contract. Or, put another way......very few, on balance, feel the contract will get signed. Oh, and they have signed nothing new for six years, so imminent seems unlikely. Or, I am just plain wrong. And I will be the first to admit that if they sign it. So good luck. But it is not (yet) true to say the contract is coming | graham1ty
01/2/2018 20:44 | Guys, I know it's your hobby deramping WSG but for heavens sake why not actually make some money out of it. Even you know the ME contract is coming, so take a deep breath and buy some stock tomorrow before the opportunity passes. You can even sell soon after the announcement and then continue with your hobby but with satisfaction of having made some cash out of it. Go on treat yourselves, you know your worth it. | sclper
01/2/2018 19:16 | Hey trucker man, you don't have to believe them as you are not invested and good for you that you have moved on. LolPs. Have you paid back your ex wife's inheritance money yet. | tax dodge
01/2/2018 17:49 | Hippo, Or $300m over 21 years for the ferry! If they land a contract sure the price will sore but how can anyone believe the figures? | youkme
01/2/2018 12:57 | If you were to believe the Company Lungi contract should now be bringing in £20m a year.........what happened ? | hippo
