Administrative expenese (and I don’t think they have anything to do with actual building costs) amount to £31 million. Progressive are forecasting a loss of £3.5 million (and as I have said before a pulled dividend) so those expenses are eating into the NAV. They have 11 weeks to the results announcement. I suspect that on a valuation of what they hold for the next set of accounts that it will be less than that. So to value this against its property peers what discount do you apply.
